Fraudulent Order
Fraudulent purchase from someone else. Order got shipped to an unknown address in Canada. I reported it to my credit card company and to End. Only to have End still process and deliver order to and unknown destination.

Lost Parcel, LIES & ZERO support from END. - AVOID!
I think it’s comical that END. have just emailed me asking me to leave them a Trustpilot review, after not receiving my parcel.
I was at work whilst my parcel was supposedly delivered to my home, by DPD. I did not grant any permission or details for the parcel to be left in a “safe place”, due to it being a high value item, nor did I allow the driver to sign the parcel as delivered on my behalf and leave it somewhere that he pleased (again, I never permitted the parcel to be left anywhere). There is also no delivery photo to show me where it was supposedly left.
Despite all these concerns and NOT receiving my parcel, END. have stopped replying to my emails and I am £675 down, with no possession of the item I purchased.
When I complained, “Grace” replied instantly saying she had contacted DPD and after an investigation, DPD deemed it successfully delivered and told me to contact the police to get a crime number and it could only be dealt with through the authorities.
It’s physically impossible to have an investigation concluded within a minute of reading my message, and I also never stated the parcel was stolen. I asked for proof of where the driver left the parcel so I could try locate it, that was all.
It’s concerning that I was told I would be transferred to a human at 2:14pm and by 2:15pm Grace responded with DPD’s huge conclusion and to contact the police with no other support from END., who were infact, not exercising my rights.
When I reminded Grace about the lack of evidence and negligence from DPD, she then offered me a replacement or refund. When I made my decision, she then informed me she had made a mistake and that her decision still stands, that my only option is to go to the police. Absolute joke.
Despite all this, I have had no further correspondence from END.
I will be making contact with Klarna to get support with this.
Avoid END. at all costs.

I still haven't received my order after…
I still haven't received my order after purchasing on 08/12. There has been a clearance delay for about 4 days now! I've reached out with my concerns on 08/15 & was informed that END has a team working on it. Meanwhile I haven't received the item or any update. Delivery status is still delayed!! Can someone please tell me what is going on? A terrible experience.
