Lovely clothes and good service
END. has a great selection of clothes and trainers. Many are unfortunately above my budget but there are plenty of great options within my budget. The London store is great and the website /app is also easy to use. Items are delivered quickly and returns are easy.

In fact, within a few hours of placing the order, I contacted customer service multiple times and clearly requested to cancel the order and have the courier recall the parcel. I don't like Fedex which lacks of…
I don't like Fedex which lacks of flexibility with delivery. It requires people to be at home and sign the name when everybody's out to work. It can't arrange a night time delivery time slot or a 24hr pickup point. I mean...I pay to have a quick and easy logistic service, not a logistic problem. Other than that, I am fine with the product.
