Very bad experience
Very bad experience! I did not realize your company was based in UK. The shoes I ordered are way too small. The sizing is different and I went to the post office to ship it back and the cheapest option was $50. I have the shoes and have no need for them. I wasted my money and time. I will never order again.

Plusses and minuses
I think that the range of offerings are amazing so that is a definite plus....BUT....the item I ordered arrived totally broken, and although I WAS offered a return shipping option, that was particularly difficult for me as I live in regional Australia and we do NOT have a local FedEx courier to drop the returned item back to. I offered to keep the broken item, and to repair it (waaaay less than ideal) and requested that they offer me some kind of discount which was essentially ignored. So my advice? Be super cautious about what you purchase and check that returns are going to be honoured and straightforward. Additionally, I would say that customer support is, at best, limited.

Good delivery service! The time mentionned was respected and i got the goods directly on hands because the courrier contacted me as well. It was great to be able to track the package and be ready to pick up. In terms of goods, they all fit nicely just as described on END website and arrived in good condition.
