Horrible customer service.
I am blown away at how poor your customer service is. The returns process is an absolute joke. I cant understand how you haven't figured out how to cover international returns - or at the BARE minimum have an automated returns process like every other online retail brand does.
I have been told multiple times to include a return slip with my package but not once was I sent the pdf or sent a link to the pdf?
I was super excited about END and all your options but this will absolutely be my last time ordering from you - and I will make sure to warn my peers about your service and platform.

Received quickly for a so so experience.
Shipping was extremely fast. Ordered Monday, and received Wednesday. The Amsterdams were a little long but expected due to no half sizes. The London on the other hand were shall we say not right. The left shoe was extremely tight across the bridge of the foot. I thought damn this one needs some BREAKING IN but no my foot was asleep for most of the time I wore it trying to break it in. So I wound up giving them away to my son. He has a smaller foot.
