Im only giving a 2 star at the moment…
Im only giving a 2 star at the moment but that may change.
My shoes arrived promptly but I felt they were very flimsy and when I tried them on even in my regular 10.5 uk size they were too small and uncomfortable, I didnt even wear them for more than.5 mins.
I decided to return them and try a bigger size.
Returned tracked by Royal Mail on 25Aug and they were received on 27th Aug.
I have had no confirmation of receipt or notification of dispatch of larger size and as such im quite disappointed.
If I have heard nothing by Tues 1st Sept I will be notifying my bank for a fraudulent transaction as currently ive nothing to show and im almost £90 out of pocket

Complained to END
Sent an email to END as my trainers arrived in a battered box. Was fuming as they are a present for my son. Expensive too. A guy called Jamie replied, I sent the evidence he requested and within a couple of hours all sorted. Not a new box but some money off the purchase which was fine. Exceptional customer service from this guy. Can't fault them at all. Flawless resolution. Cheers.

Customer support ignore me
Customer support recommended I send a duplicate order received (charged twice) back with a return. Refunded the duplicate order but did not send the return. When chasing the customer service they ignore me, ended up losing money ordering through the site and it's been too long for a chargeback.
