Not good enough.

Ordered some items for going away on a trip at the weekend. The website said delivery between Tuesday and Thursday. It is now Wednesday, payment has been taken and the items have not even been picked up yet. I've messaged several times to ask for an update and offered to pay more for next day delivery. Been absolutely ignored. Terrible service, and items will likely arrive (if at all) when I'm away.

I know delivery times are a guide but to order Saturday and 4 days later the items not even been posted yet is a shambles.

Poor quality product

Shoes came promptly and the communication was good. Unfortunately quality of shoe was really poor the insoles of the shoes had been ripped out and stuck back in, making them quite uncomfortable.
They were on sale so I didn’t bother returning but really disappointing.

We're sorry to see you're dissatisfied with the delivery timeframe.

However, the details of this shipment do not quite reflect the picture presented in your review.

Tracking shows your parcel left the UK on 30/06 and was successfully delivered in Germany on 08/07.

As this was an international shipment, the parcel had to travel through multiple postal networks before reaching its destination.

An 8-day transit time from the UK to Germany is not unusual and falls well within the timeframe expected for many international deliveries.

We appreciate that everyone would like their order as quickly as possible, but describing this as the "worst delivery benchmark" seems somewhat unfair given that the parcel was successfully delivered only 8 days after leaving the UK.

Never received my order / package

Never received my order / package. Delivery service that END. uses is horrible apparently. I've lived at my place for 9 years now and whatever company END. uses for deliveries is the first one ever that can't figure out how to deliver a package I guess.

Scammers

Scammers. I paid attrocious custom fees when my package arrived at home, THAT WERE NEVER SPECIFIED WHEN REGISTERING THE ORDER. Then, I have told END. about this issue. I spoke to multiple people, and never at any point somebody had a sens of accountability nor responsibility about this situation. They were either blaming me or FedEx for their dishonnesty, and never offered some kind of compensation.

Please, AVOID AT ALL COST.
