Great product
Great product, the pants are toasty warm and seem rugged. Size L fits me perfectly at 35" waist and 30" inseam. They looked long but the taper at the ankle makes the length work well for people that are "not abnormally tall" so to speak. Cheers.

Cycle tops were exactly what I wanted. Great quality and good value. I did need to return the jacket for a size up. The returns system is simple and efficient. No charge. I re-ordered and it arrived the next day.

Let down by poor customer service
My son in law is pleased with the shorts I bought but I wouldn’t buy anything else from them because the customer service is awful. You can’t organise an exchange so because the shorts were too big I had to return them and order a smaller size. As well as having to pay two lots of expensive postage I had to ring to remind them about my refund. It’s still not arrived in my bank account 13 days after they acknowledged receipt of the return.

VERY DISAPPOINTED
VERY DISAPPOINTED. I bought several items in the web. They appear as available in my size. But, almost two weeks later ENDURA informed me that some items were not available and i will be refunded the money of those items. It is a huge mistake of not having the websited properly updated and ENDURA not even sent me a gift or something to properly apologize.
