In the beginning, I saw good reviews about this company and thought, oh they seem to be different. I find this company very annoying. They lie too much. I was supposed to have a credit Note, they never gave up till now. I have social tariff, they applied on Electric but never on gas. Their invoice has been wrong for one month, instead of them to correct, they took my credit Note and still. billed my account. I asked them to close the account as I am no longer there. The sent me a mail with Opzeggen Contract and billed from when the contract supposed to end.
I sent them an email and asked them to amend my records because i have paid every month that I used gas and electricity up to end of January. I left the place from 2nd Feb 2026 and told them to close the meters because i could not do that myself. So they have the order to terminate the contract.
then I received an email back that the contract can. not be closed because I did not sign some document with the person moving in. I do not know who is moving in but I closed the metres with the owner Mr, Royackers and signed the document. He said he will send to them. I do not know much about it.
Energie sent me a document with the title Opzeggen Contract.
Then they replied my email saying they cannot close the meter. This is how unprofessional this company is. Their invoicing service is terrible. They are dishonest. I regretted using their services and will never recommend.
I have told them to amend my records, I owe them nothing and I have been talking to my Lawyer as I will. not hesitate to take legal action s against them.
People work hard for their money, and so what they pay for should be accountable for.
Despite the reviews they can, I can not recommend them.

Definatelly if I need to give an advice to friend for energie supplier - it won't be nobody else but Energie.be. I'm glad I made that move out of Electrabel to the green stream Energie.be and I hope for bright future with you! I wish for company to develop and work further on innovative solutions with good price range and offer to your all customers! Cheers!

I am sorry but can we normalize having a telephone number to reach an energy provider company?
They are trying to charge us for 6 months before for the time when an old tenant lived in the appartement while I live there for 2 weeks. The main problem is they have no contact number neither understanding of my situation in the email and they keep charging me. Onto another provider.
