Excellent service. Very efficient. Kept us informed about delivery and turned up exactly when they said they would . Delivery guys brought hte heavy packages right into house and put them where we asked. Could'nt have had better service.

Yesterday after ordering a new washing machine from mediaworld the order had arrived, they came in and try to take out the old washing machine to be recycled only to find out that according to them, the electricity socket is not correct and they cannot install the new washing machine. They made me sign the paper and left in hurry. I was confused and desperate to find out what went wrong. I consulted with the hardware store, architect, electrician. They all said the socket is perfectly fine and is compatible with the new washing machine after showing the photos. So these 2 South Americans just didn’t now want to stay and finish the work, perhaps because they parked where they were not suppose to park. Either way, the guys were very unhelpful and I wish I did not buy a new washing machine having to deal extra other than what I had already paid for.

I have already contacted the customer service and try to find the tracking on energologistic website but the system does not work and I am not receiving any replies after 1 week of delivery. So just ignore then message below they do not contact you.

I ordered a washing machine from the UK to be delivered to a remote house in Sicily. Frankly I wasn’t expecting it to go so smoothly . Ikea can’t find us!! But the communication was good and we got the machine on the day they said. What more can you ask for? Good service!!

They will really call you first before the delivery. They are on time or even arrive earlier. They are fast, friendly and educated.

The service and insulation of my new fridge was very professional and perfect. The gentleman that delivered my new fridge helped me a lot with information about how to install. They were very polite and professional.

RUBBISH Service ordered a fridge freezer and washing machine 25th Nov through media world said delivery 5th-9th December it’s now 17th! Nothing no I’ve answers your emails and if they do they reply once and that’s it. The phone number doesn’t work. We are desperate for our fridge - this is the worse delivery service I have ever experienced poor customer service disgraceful very very angry what makes me more angry is the reply I got from Energo Logistics which is the same reply they give to everyone ! I’ve filled in your contact form 4 times!!! So that really is not the answer just tell me when my goods will arrive

You have replied again and not read my reply don’t!!!! Tell me to contact you to investigate as I have 4 times I got a reply a week ago saying you were looking into our delivery and had found an anomaly and would get back to me - here I am a week later I’ve sent two emails a day to your customer service and nothing. Very late delivery not happened yet. The delivering time was supposed to be 9 days and they proposed me 25 days without a phone contact but message. Calling the assistance number they were very unpolite and not consistent with any answer blaming the vendors. Unacceptable customer service. The vendor was is Trony. Hi highly discourage tonbuy from them

I bought an expensive TV from Mediaworld.it and they chose Energo Logistic as their shipping company. Worst choice they could've made. I ordered the TV around the 11th of November and it was planned to arrive between the 20th and 25th. Today is the 27th and I still haven't received it. I tried contacting them multiple times but I've been ghosted every single time. The last update their site offers was on the 18th of November, which is a day after they were supposed to contact me to plan a delivery to my house.
I'm fine with the delivery being a bit late if it really has to, but ghosting me is the last straw. I spent a huge amount of money and they can't even respond to my messages to inform me what's going on with my delivery. Absolutely unacceptable and I will never again buy anything that is shipped from this company, while this could be a rare case I still advise you to do the same. I've always shopped from Amazon.it and never have I encountered something like this.
