It’s never been easier to switch tariffs. I have been with octopus for a long time and it would take a lot to make me switch to another provider.

I have been a customer for some time now and have always been impressed by your customer service and approach to energy delivery. The ease of tariff switching is just the latest example of this.

App is so easy to use....submitting monthly readings, changing monthly payment amounts, changing the date of payment and even changing tariffs.

As an older person I find the cost of fuel important, also the ease in which I can use the website. So cheaper tariffs and the knowledge that I can speak to a person should I need to if I get baffled is a good thing for me.

Change tariff to slightly cheaper, I'm an existing customer and no exit fee. So if prices drop in July 25 I can move to a lower tariff again with no exit fee.

I have been with Octopus Energy for several years now. Their service, ethics and prices continue to be the best. In a world where we are encouraged to shop around for deals I feel confident I do not need to do this for my gas and electric when supplied through Octopus Energy.

Competitive pricing, including use of renewable energy, and efficient management. Clarity of website with different options available, including change of debit amount if in substantial credit. In short, I am still pleased I switched to them years ago.

Co-op Energy gives excellent service and aligns with our green and humanitarian ideals.
