Confidence in their products.
As usual Octopus gave me plenty of notice that my tariff was ending. They gave me plenty of options on the new tariffs available. To be honest, I have trusted them for the past 4 years, so didn't look elsewhere. I have confidence in their customer services team, which is more than I could say on their rivals. Keep up the good work.
