I have been stressed out looking for a safe place to live for 8 weeks. Because I’m a single man I seem to be getting pushed back quite a lot.

Then I came across Annah Gee, from the minute I saw this particular property I knew this was the one I really wanted. She went above and beyond to make this happen. Honestly can’t thank her and her team enough.

I rented a property from Enfields two years ago and Anna was the one who did the viewing with me, she was so nice and supported me throughout the process with lots of information until I got the property and was handed to Sarah (the property manager) . Sarah was swift to respond, communicated well with me anytime I needed help in the property and they made my stay at the property a great one. Annah is my realtor, she is responsible and friendly, she is very hardworking in her job, she is very reassuring, she was the first one to think of a solution for me when I had a problem with my time, she understands all the needs of her clients, she is a very good agent, I was very lucky to meet her and get the property I wanted to rent. She is a very good agent, I am very lucky to have met her and rented the apartment I wanted.

We have three properties being managed by Enfield and have had no problems from the tenants due to their conscientious vetting process. Staff always easy to get in touch with and really helpful if any issues arise. All the tenancies and legalities all taken care of and done as should be. 10/10.

We attended a viewing with a lovely lettings agent. She was the very respectful not only to the viewers but to the property which is brilliant to see. She gave a very detailed and honest viewing and created a lovely atmosphere- so cheery and friendly. Highly recommend.

Sarah has been so helpful and kind whilst renting out my property. She has done everything to keep me informed throughout the process and she is an asset to the company.

By far the worst company I have dealt with. They are liars. They do not care about the tenants. And they do not listen when sending emails. Just a few things I can fit in here…. When first moved in there was confusion with my council tax I emailed them and told them twice I have been in contact with council and have sorted it but they continued to press and harass me about it even though I had told them it was all sorted. Took 3 months to find out what storage shed was mine( had to store shed items in my lounge). Took 7 months to fix my leaking boiler!!! The guy came out multiple times, they never checked to see how if it had been sorted and I emailed 4 separate occasions to tell them is still not fixed . They lied to me that my terms on my proposal for moving in was accepted when they was not(or the landlord lied they would not tell me). They extended my tenancy without asking or explaining beforehand because landlords took too long to make decisions about renewing tenancy, I asked if I had made my last payment they said yes then made me liable for the time they extended my tenancy. Now they are taking ages with giving me my deposit back, asked them to message land lord to speed stuff up they completely ignored my question. There is a few more things they have failed with also. Never using them again even if the property is amazing.

Called into the office and was greeted by Annah, who I’m pleased to say was very polite and had really good knowledge of the area and properties on offer. I would definitely recommend if you are looking to rent in the Southampton area.

This is our first move in 10 years and James from Enfield Lettings Shirley has really guided us through the process with patience, kindness and professionalism. We would def recommend Enfields to anyone looking to rent again
