This is a company to be avoided at all cost,
i did not get what the full professional package i ordered, the incomplete stuff i received did not work, support tickets are not answered.
my advice for any UK person is to contact Vietnam embassy with all details, the Vietnam government wants to stop bad companies like this bringing shame on the country.

I have purchased MICROJOBENGINE.
there are too many bugs and they are all critical ones

PayPal payments go through smoothly BUT the order in the platform is immediately created as canceled. So effectively it doesn't exist. So, if a customer pays my company will steal since no order will be effectively generated.
Another jail problem. The receipts. They have to be issued consecutively not randomly.
You create a job, well, doesn't save the picture, and it does appear on the homepage, but not on the search results.
It is not possible to delete a review.
If you modify an ad tag and/or image and/or category, one of them at least goes lost
If you create a coupon it does not apply on the extra fees
If you issue a full refund the customer gets a fraction of what he spent, fees net
there are other infinite bugs

Please do not buy it

The JobEngine Theme is not worth the price. Free template quality at best. Plus there is no support.

they dont care about your review and mail response.

I paid 300 $ for freelance theme and now they removed that product from my account
2nd thing is that they are the most worst scammers. They don't reply for emails neither solve the problems.

I got the microjob theme for $300. The worst nightmare I have encountered. BAD BAD BAD Customer service. Always problems with their plugins. A lot of bugs and issues. I gave up on it and I am moving to sitemile.

Read the fake review ad and fell for it. This thing is nothing but broken and there's no customer support. Don't fall for it.

I've been fighting with this product for about a year now. This is a broken product and there is no support. I'm a computer engineer and I'm still struggling to fix all of their bugs.

Bought the software and it was full of bugs. Sellers would complete orders but they would never be marked as finished - the recruit plugin screwed everything up - it looks good sure but it will not work and opens you up as the owner up to lawsuits. Do not fall for this - the company closed down in 2017 - you will get no support. Go with Woocommerce instead - at least you're insured that way. I wasted over $1k on this company.

We bought this theme to try and MVP quickly a project. In our team, we have experienced developers, but still, we were not able to make it work.

Save your money, find other solutions, this is a ripoff

I am using the freelancer engine theme for 1 year now. I was hesitating to buy after seeing the reviews. But I bought it because it is one of the best options for my business. Also, eventhough many people write bad reviews, it is important to know that you need some basic programming knowledge to adjust and customise the theme according to the business model. Then this theme is perfect!

Customer support is a not too fast, but they reply eventually in a week. They tried to solve my bugs many times already and it was good. I am not sure why many people have posted os much bad reviews.

Once you have a basic programming knowledge on how to customise the theme accoridng to the business this could be the best option for your MVP-Minimum viable product. I would recommend the theme for startups who wanted to create MVp and validate the bsuiness quickly!

Watch out for enginethemes, they're scammers. There is already information about their fraud on the Internet. I bought a Paypro plugin through the Honkong payment gateway and I have neither the money nor the plugin. It is an unreliable company and robs clients.

I wish I could give this company 0 stars. I bought a theme from this company about 3 weeks ago. I noticed several bugs and reported them to the customer team immediately. Neither do they fix the bugs nor do they issue a refund.

Initially, a salesperson called Linh replied and asked for proof. I sent her the proof and never heart back from her. On their website, they claim that you can get your money back if you can prove that the theme has flaws. I sent them many emails, they NEVER get back to me. I still hope I can get my money back somehow. But I urge everyone to never buy anything from this company. They are scammers.

I have the same experience. Their scripts are not workable and they're not providing any support. I will open a case.
Please let me know if some of you are interested to open a common case so that we can all get reimbursed or we get a usable solution.
My lawyer will contact the US and EU regulations to take action against this fraud if we're not getting any feedback from them.
This is a fraud!

OMG - Why did I not look at these reviews before I spent $300+ No Support,, DO NOT BUY THIS THEME OR ANY THEME, I AM NOW GOING TO MY BANK TO GET MY MONEY BACK, - I HAVE REPORTED THIS TO ACTION FRAUD.
