I had paid for a new membership but…
I had paid for a new membership but hadn’t received my pack. I had to use the live chat feature to query this and was told my membership hadn’t been activated. This was a pain, but the person who I spoke to was very helpful and sorted things. Thank you

We were looking forward to a member event at an English Heritage property, but an unforeseen family emergency prevented us from attending. I emailed EH to let them know that we couldn’t attend as a courtesy and they responded immediately with very kind words. How lovely in a world of automated replies to receive such a personal touch.

Great Membership Scheme
Customer Services quickly understood my request and expedited it efficiently and accurately. We have loved every site we've visited and recommend the discounts we've had because we were members. Our kids have loved collecting badges for 3 years or more and the special activities they've taken part in. Well done English Heritage! Great Membership scheme ♥️
