I received notification
I received notification, in a very polite letter that our request for membership to be cancelled, has been confirmed.
We have been members for a very long time and the only reason for cancelling is that we are less mobile than we were.

Excellent Customer Service
I called the Customer Service number provided to enquire about my membership number this morning and my call was handled by Joshua. I explained my problems to him on not able to pre-book some of the sites that enjoy free entry for English Heritage members such Stonehenge, Old Sarum, Dover etc which we plan to visit over the next few days. And Joshua was so kind and friendly in helping us sort out my problems. He's so efficient and immediately got our entry vouchers for those few sites immediately emailed to me so I won't have problem visiting these sites. Thank you so much Joshua! Fantastic customer service from Kalen sorting out a couple of queries over my new membership and a gift for my daughter !
