Great teachers who bring lessons to…
Great teachers who bring lessons to life. The materials they're provided with are skimpy and somewhat inadequate, sometimes plain wrong (there was an icon of a married couple - husband and wife - showing 2 females... this liberal crap is getting out of hand!). Some teachers make it absolutely worth it (Luca, for instance), but I can hardly book the same teacher multiple times as teachers themselves struggle to find slots.
Other schools have less grand-sounding names and maybe worse teachers but their materials and overall systems are spectacularly better.

The flexibility and the variety
The flexibility and the variety that course offers to improve my english is great. Sometimes if I do not have enough time for online classes , I can still spare few minutes to do extra study and improve my language skills in different areas. The grammar exercises are very helpful and in variety.
However,I do feel that memebrship is a bit expensive.

My experience is Very terrible I told you many times I wanted to cancel my subscription because I don’t have laptop when I tried to connect with my course I couldn’t get it because I didn’t have laptop and sent a messages to British council and explained the problem, however I didn’t receive any email from institute.

For people living in my Time Zone is just too few offer of classes. No way to achieve a complete "line" or "topic", so the suposed flexibility in schedule is not real, because if i got to find one or two classes that can work with my schedule there is no other option.

I had one lesson only and it dissapointed me. I had the feeling the teacher was not prepared. An online lesson is specific and if the teacher doesn't know how to lead the lesson then it is boring...

The price for the service you get is too high. You are obliged to sped two credit for a webinar that informs you how the exams is scheduled. In addition, you cannot see your progresses because the teachers are not allowed to give you a score

In this regard, we would like to inform you that your first mandatory class is a private lesson called "Needs Analysis" session. This is the first step to put you on the right track in preparing for the IELTS test. As such, we can see that you received an action plan with suggestions and resources to improve your band score on your session that took place on 28 May 2025.
After attending the "Needs Analysis" session, you decide what modules and classes you wish to focus on (group classes cost 1 credit and private classes cost 2 credits). You can choose the Modules Speaking, Writing, Reading and Listening, or any combination of these.
Regarding the overall band score, we gently inform you that it does not depend on any course completion. Your final input when taking the IELTS test depends on the English level you currently have and the skills you maximize through our IELTS preparation course.
Please note that you can also benefit from other free resources on our platform. For instance, you can book/ attend unlimited Live25 sessions and webinars while your course is active. Our Live25 grammar and pronunciation-focused workshops are completely free and will help you improve your theoretical knowledge of English so that you can write and speak with more accuracy.
