Thanks for your reply. I wanted to share a bit more about my concerns.
You’re absolutely right about the offer I took BUT when we’re trying to learn on our own, having lessons to explain the rules or concepts is so important. They don’t have to come from a teacher, but we need something clear to guide us before jumping into exercises.
WIHTOUT that, it feels like we’re expected to figure things out on our own, which can be really FRUSTRATING.
Right now, the solution feels INCOMPLETE because it SKIPS that crucial step. We need to be able to see and understand the rules first, then apply them. Otherwise, it’s hard to make real progress.
To be honest, I was disappointed by your answer. It feels like this approach is more about PUSHHING people toward the more EXPENSIVE option, which costs about five times more.
That’s really frustrating because it feels like the current solution isn’t designed to help people truly learn—it’s just a stepping stone to upsell something else.

IELTS COURSE
I bought the IELTS course, and I found it unfriendly; it was challenging to navigate through the portal. It seems designed to spend money on it because every module is locked. I felt stuck. IELTS gave me another free course, which was way more helpful than this one.

Disappointing Service and Delayed Refund
I am extremely disappointed with the British Council's recent service. Despite numerous follow-ups, the refund for my Enquiry on Results (EOR) fee has been significantly delayed. The lack of timely communication and resolution is truly frustrating. I am waiting for my refund for 9 weeks already and still nothing!
I urge the British Council to improve their customer service and expedite the refund process.

Not what I expected
I was never able to speak with a person who gave me information or guidance about the resources and conditions of the program. Despite having only taken one session and trying to cancel my membership, it was automatically renewed (I wasn't aware) and I was charged another monthly fee. In short, I paid 2 months for a service that did not meet my expectations despite I only used 1 session, and I never found an easy way to speak with anybody to help clarify customer doubts.
