Absolutely delighted - with the two comemortive plaques I ordered. The plaques are extremely high quality with good brass screws. They were placed on two new benches at Walkington bowls club to celebrate 50 years of the Club.

Brilliant service, ordered, reviewed, made, delivered all within 48hrs. Great quality brass plaque. Far cheaper and greater range than Timpsons

Andy what a lovely guy we bought a dog tag for dj our lab he was out on his favorite walk and became entangled on some thing and lost his tag due to a weak ring attachment, i contacted Andy .
I told him it was weak and not to send this to customers, he explained better the tag gets lost rather than dj get caught up, wich i thought was very considerate answer, i said i wont write a bad review on trust pilot as it was not his fault are dumb puppy runs like a loony, and never asked for anything for free as why should he , i just said please supply a tougher ring , he replyed with answer above, and also said he his going to send dj a new tag ,FREE OF CHARGE AND EXTRA RING to me that is a very caring company i didnt ask didnt expect
The guy is a 100% top man
And i will reccomend is company to anyone i see with a dog on our walks with no name tag

The process was seamless from start to finish. I received an initial design layout and then a detailed proof by email. Once I approved the proof, my plaque arrived within two days. My dog tag arrived this morning, a day later than planned, but that was due to Royal Mail deficiencies, not this company. Excellent service from start to finish, great communication and ordering system, and the end product is excellent.

Amazing failsafe service every single time. Been using them for years and recommend to all my friends. Very fair prices given the quality of the engraving. So far these are the only tags I’ve found on the whole of the internet for any amount of money that adequately stand up to my extremely adventurous dogs’ antics. The engraving looks perfect after years of my dogs quite frankly abusing the tags LOL. Many other tags look barely legible after a month but not these ones. Also, I would HIGHLY recommend the little mini carabiner tag clip they sell which I’ve never seen offered anywhere else. It’s a wonderful item and far more secure than a split ring and also makes the tag much easier to swap onto different collars. THANK YOU!

ordered a couple of small plaques on line, the website was clear and easy to use, you are then sent a link to proof them before they are cut and make any changes if needed, which I did on one of them, repeat of the proofing with the changes made, they were engraved and dispatched very quickly. I ordered on Monday evening and in my hand on Thursday morning.

Love these tags. Clear writing, sparky design, and, as a repeat ordererer, the text and paw print lasts/doesn't erode.
