What I found most helpful were the comments they made to help me understand what could happen and how to do it, and their quite quick response. However, I believe the communication could be more effective if a notification could be generated (via email for instance) that lets clients know their query has been addressed. Otherwise you need to log in your account every now and then to make sure you see their response.

I applied to the UK's Education National Information Centre, which registers education. This application was to compare my previous bachelor's degree (studying abroad) with the English education system for recognition in England.
