I booked a plain and simple compact car one month out and Enjoy Travel cancels it one day later.
I booked a plain and simple compact car with Hertz one month out. One day after booking (today) you send me an email stating that it was cancelled. None of the reason listed in number 2 of the cancellation notice apply to my rental. In addition, you offer no alternative options.

Disgraceful service — Took my money and stranded me over a flight delay!
Do NOT use EnjoyTravel.com unless you want to risk being stranded without a car and without your money.
I booked a 10-day rental (Ref: ENJ-17860633) and paid in full (€214.73). My flight to Stansted was delayed by 90 minutes. Despite entering my flight number during registration, the rental provider gave my car away after an hour, and EnjoyTravel marked me as a "No-Show."
They refused to refund a single penny, refused to transfer my booking, and refused to arrange an alternative car.
Their customer support is non-existent when you need them at the desk, and their response afterwards was completely uncaring.
Punishing customers for airline delays while keeping 100% of their pre-paid money is predatory. Avoid this company at all costs and book directly with reputable rental suppliers instead!

Nearly £1,000 taken, no car provided and no refund, then another £1,500 to replace it
Enjoy Travel accepted £974.51 from my UK American Express card and confirmed my prepaid car booking. However, when my family arrived on time at Palermo Airport, the rental supplier refused to provide the vehicle because the card displayed the standard UK Amex format of a first-name initial and surname rather than a fully printed first name.
The same card had already been accepted by Enjoy Travel for payment. The first clear warning I received about this name-format restriction was in the booking voucher emailed after they had accepted my money and completed the booking. I cannot find this specific restriction in Enjoy Travel’s general terms, and they have not shown me where it was clearly presented before payment.
We received no vehicle, keys or alternative assistance, yet Enjoy Travel refused to refund the £974.51. My family was left stranded, and I then had to spend a further £1,515.65 on an emergency replacement vehicle from another rental company—which accepted the same UK Amex card without difficulty.
This was incredibly stressful and expensive. A restriction capable of invalidating a prepaid booking and causing the customer to lose the entire payment should be made unmistakably clear before money is taken, not placed in a voucher sent after the booking is complete. Based on my experience, I would not trust Enjoy Travel with another booking.
