One of the worst companies I’ve ever…
One of the worst companies I’ve ever dealt with. No assistance. Left at the airport with a cancelled booking. Closed when I tried to call them. When they finally open nobody was there to assist and the phone kept cutting out. Horrific experience.

We do not cancel confirmed bookings without reason, so if you arrived at the airport and were advised that your booking had been cancelled, we would like to understand exactly what happened.
Please contact our Customer Services team with your booking reference so we can investigate the circumstances with the rental supplier and establish why the vehicle was not provided.
Our telephone lines operate during our published opening hours, and if you experienced issues getting through, this can also be reviewed against our call records.
Without a booking reference or further details, however, we cannot identify the reservation or properly respond to the circumstances described in this review.

Just the worst experience for a mere car rental…
You initially book a car for 358 euros.
Then Enjoy Travel chooses directly the company to whom you are supposed to pick up the car on your holiday’s location and pay the price (50 euros are paid in advance).
You only know that local’s company name when receiving confirmation of your booking from Enjoy.
In fact, this local company does not accept debit card (80 % of european card), which you are never been warned of by Enjoy Travel, who knows it from the start.
Once on your vacation’s spot, the local company explains that the guarantees paid to Enjoy Travel can not apply anymore.
And charge you 700 € + the 300 € you still owe to Enjoy Travel…
There were 10 other clients living the same experience in the shop at the same time…
The worst is that Enjoy Travel has pick up itself the local company and knows everything from the start…
Both companies are winning on your back.

There are a number of incorrect statements in this review which need to be clarified.
The rental supplier is shown as part of the booking process and is not secretly selected by EnjoyTravel after payment. The payment card and security deposit requirements applicable to the selected vehicle are also provided before booking and again within the rental documentation.
Our Full Protection product is separate from the rental company's own insurance and does not remove the requirement to leave the security deposit at collection. The rental company is not required to accept our protection in place of its own deposit requirements.
If the selected supplier requires a credit card in the main driver's name, arriving with a debit card does not meet that condition. Any additional insurance offered locally as an alternative is a separate product offered by the rental company; it is not an additional charge imposed by EnjoyTravel.
The suggestion that EnjoyTravel and the rental company are deliberately working together to profit from customers in this situation is simply incorrect. The card and deposit requirements are provided so customers can check them before confirming their reservation.
