enjoy travel is no joy at all!!!
enjoy travel is not a car rental firm, they only rent out cars from other companys but without to let you know. if you try to find them on the address they gave you on your confirmation, for example palma airport, you can't find anyone who ever heard from them neither a office or sign at the whole airport. So you have to call the company, only to get an absolutely incompetent person on the line who can't even tell you where to pick up your car. We only found out via ChatGPT that a specific phone number corresponded to Goldcar—yet the name "Goldcar" appears nowhere on the confirmation, and no one on the phone tells you that you can pick up your car there. Then, at the counter, they try to force the whole sales pitch on you... I’ll spare everyone the details. Our verdict: far too expensive for what you get, unfriendly staff and abysmal communication.

There are several statements in this review that are simply incorrect.
EnjoyTravel is a car rental broker, not a car rental company, and this is not hidden from customers. We compare and sell rentals from car rental companies around the world. You are therefore not looking for an “EnjoyTravel” desk or sign at Palma Airport.
More importantly, the rental company and collection instructions are provided on the rental voucher. If your confirmed supplier was Goldcar, the voucher identifies the supplier and provides the information required to collect the vehicle. The suggestion that customers are expected to somehow discover their rental company using ChatGPT is simply not accurate.
Any additional products offered at the Goldcar desk are products offered by Goldcar. Customers are not required to purchase optional extras simply because they are offered.
We are happy to accept criticism where something has genuinely gone wrong, but describing EnjoyTravel as though we conceal the fact that we are a broker or expect customers to search an airport for an EnjoyTravel rental desk fundamentally misrepresents how the booking works and the information provided with a confirmed reservation.

12 days waiting for my £86 deposit — unacceptable
I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with Enjoy Travel.
I hired a vehicle through Enjoy Travel and paid
an £86 holding deposit directly to Enterprise. The vehicle was returned on time, with no damage, no additional charges and no issues whatsoever.
Despite this, 12 days later I am still waiting for my £86 to be returned.
I understand that deposits can take a few days to be processed, but 12 days is excessive when the vehicle has been returned without any problems. What makes this more frustrating is the lack of clear communication and having to chase the matter myself.
I expect Enjoy Travel/Enterprise to resolve this immediately and return the £86 that is owed to me, along with a clear explanation as to why it has taken 12 days.
Enjoy Travel — please resolve this and return my money without any further delay.

So we didn’t get the car we requested and there was NO suitable car there for us!!!
We had paid a deposit to secure the car so e telly disappointed. plus they were closed on the sunday so couldn’t even contact anyone. As it was a third party booking the rental
company Alamo would do nothing to help us.
We ended up having to book through another company at the airport for so much more money. Wondering if they will refund our deposit. Have messaged them
so will update this post to see if they will honour our request for a refund!!!
