Oh no Mark, I'm so sorry about this. Unfortunately, It appears as though you might be mistaken. Enoctus doesn't force paypal subscriptions. Our billing system does ask if you would like to use a PayPal subscription, but Enoctus as a company doesn't require them. It's very possible that you simply clicked the wrong button when making a payment of your invoice. I have to assume this is the case, because it's considerably more plausible than accusing us of hacking your E-Mail for 2 dollars. I've reviewed all cancelled accounts and see none from anyone named mark. I've reviewed all tickets in the last week that have been complaints, or billing issues, none from a Mark. In fact, the only evidence we can even see that you were a customer is a charge back you did, which we refunded immediately, as this is our company policy. The problem is, we don't see that you ever asked for this refund. After reviewing the details of your account, it appears it was someone in India that opened the account, and it was likely fraud. Just like every other company in the UK, we don't stand for it, accept it or condone it. Unfortunately, from time to time, less than desirable people abuse people like you. Once we notice, or catch the issue, we refund the payments in full, which is what we did over a month ago. If you could some how provide us with any information to assist you in finding out whom, if anyone actually managed to get your details we would be happy to. Otherwise, we respectfully understand how confused you are about being hacked, though we also feel you should possibly hire a consultant to help you understand just how the internet works, and what bad people can do to you when you aren't safe on the web.
