This is a very nice case for my iphone 12. Thick and padded and so the protection of the phone is stellar. In fact, it is so thick that the charging disc will NOT charge through the case. Still, I like the look and the security of the case.

iPhone 12 pro max cover
A few days prior to ordering from enphold, I had placed order for similar product with another company. Enphold offered me a discount and I decided to take advantage of offer. Surprisingly , Enhold purchase arrived as scheduled and I was delighted with the quality. The other company was not as efficient and product arrived very delayed.
Very pleased with my Enphold purchase. Color was perfect, and product was what I needed and expected.

This turned out better than I expected
This turned out better than I expected. It is well made and of very good quality. I didn't expect that the phone to be secured in its own holder which is then held within the cover by magnets. It is nice to be able to have the phone by itself or keep in the cover.
I sprayed some leather protectant on it and I look forward to using this for a good long time.

The color and quality of the material…
The color and quality of the material is awesome...a couple of things that would change.
The magnet of the phone holder is marginal at best...if you open the folder to retrieve a card...the phone will fall off the holder...
The magnet that holds the case closed does not hold very well.
Lastly, I know it will stretch, but closing the folder with minimal cards in the slot keep the case from closing and the magnet will not hold it closed.

As mentioned in our replies to other reviewers, we're actually working on a revamped version of the Folio that will be out later this year, and all the feedback we get is taken into consideration for the upcoming design. One of the new features will include a more powerful magnet system to hold the case and the card holder portion together much better. Like this Iphone 12 Pro max case
Like this Iphone 12 Pro max case. However, I previously had a leather case for my Iphone X (which is smaller), that had more card slots and folded easier than this case. Leather is not as soft and pliable. Not able to put all the cards I want in this case, or put that many folded bills. Still a nice case though.

It is a nice phone wallet. I only wish it had more pockets for the cards and a little longer clasp. Otherwise it's just what I wanted.

We're sorry to hear you're having issues with this. The Easel cases you ordered most certainly do support wireless charging (see here: https://youtu.be/wriQi4nA0dM), so either the wireless charging pad you are trying to use with the doesn't have the signal strength to begin charging your phone, OR it's simply not placed on the charging pad properly. Please keep in mind that The Easel is NOT compatible with MagSafe chargers, as indicated in the product description.
Regardless, we want to do what we can to help you. Try using another wireless charger to see if it does the trick. If you feel like you have a defective product from us, let us know and we'll gladly exchange it for you.

Overall the leather folio is very nice. However there was too much padding in the cover and I was hoping that it would be reinforced leather which is not as thick. The magnet is very powerful for the iPhone detachment which I really appreciate.
It would be nice if you didn’t have the fold over holder and that the case could be held by a magnet keeping it from opening.
