I had my ears cleared by suction process. The nurse involved Suedika was brilliant.Explained everything that was going to happen in the procedure. Very professional and very customer/patient focused .I would recommend Graham Young pharmacy at all times.

My experience of the service has been first class. The depth of knowledge is very impressive and any question that I had were answered pretty quickly with follow ups from a GP. In my view they kept you informed about anything that was required.

Envigore gives your journey a personal touch, I do not feel like just a number. Telephone calls are answered fast and queries are sorted straight away. The people who work for the team are what makes envigore better then other suppliers they understand and will do anything they can to help.

I had used another company initially and had been sent expired medication so decided to try Envigore having heard so many good reviews online & word of mouth.
The process of applying was simple and straightforward. The consultation with Andy was informative and professional and allowed me to make the right decision based on my requirements. The medication arrived (discreetly the following day by DPD) in secure cold storage packaging with everything needed (sanitizer swabs, helpful booklet, even a measuring tape & needle disposal container!)
I’m very happy that I went with Envigore and looking forward to dealing with them going forward.

Still not received my order so can’t rate the service. I had to email to ask for an update on my order, to then be told I needed pictures etc, but there was no email or communication to let me know this. Had I been told I needed to do this, I’d have done it straight away, instead, I was waiting for an order that would never have turned up, hoping it will still although been almost 2 weeks now.

At first I thought here we go again with another company thats going to take my money and not forfil my order which has been happening Due to MJ being withheld But No they have been amazing and fantastic service once I had spoken with them and sorted out a glitch with the new website..will be using again

Envigore are a great company who actually care about their customers, they are great at keeping me informed of what is going on throughout my journey, they email me for updates on how my journey is going and ask if there is anything they can do for me, my orders are dealt with in record timing and deliverd just as quick! I couldn't be happier with them and am so glad I moved to them. There fb support group is so friendly and welcoming too! All round a brilliant company I cant speak highly enough of them and highly recommend them.
