They've asked me to review their service, after I cancelled my order! I sent them all the information they required and they kept asking for more proof. In the end I got so fed up with it taking so long, then keep asking for more photos I cancelled and ordered elsewhere.

I’m so happy with the professional service and support I have received. Consultation was as it should be and very thorough. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Envigore to family and friends.

Upto date on the price increase, having a support group on FB and very quick to response to emails and FB group, couldn't fault the support given by these people Ami and Pammy are amazing.

accepted my order took my money then decided to cancel my order and my refund was not quickly returned either very poor customer service

I moved to Envigore from another leading supplier of Mounjaro to continue with my weight loss plan. I cannot commend Envigore and the zeal they bring to this vital concept.
They have bent over backwards to provide a first class service to their clients. Often going beyond the expected.
My year long journey to my target weight is almost over but I look forward to the continued support of Envigore during the Maintenance phase.

Had a very good experience with envigore, product well packaged and quick delivery. I had to use their customer service recently and they bent over backwards to help me out. Highly recommended.

Envigore keep you informed very well, wether that is about the latest support network, where you are in the ordering process or more recently Eli Lily and stock issues. They are also reasonably priced, not the cheapest but competitive.

They really do go above and beyond to help customers. Their social media is really active and support for customers on there was exceptional when the news about Mounjaro came out. Very happy with my treatment and the service since then.

Im a member for life and got to say they are fantastic had a few issues but they quickly sorted it out, fab support, i know they looking into it but wish they would do price match as for my step up mounjaro i ended up getting from somewhere else saving nearly £100 ,ill not name the company but they are diabolical left them a terrible review if anyone wants to know read my review. Envigore plz sort the pricing out 😀 and thank you for being a fab support team keep up the good work

Really great company, the service is second to none. They really look after you and are there to support you through everything. They are super responsive with loads of avenues for communication be it support groups, emails facetime, etc. I wouldn't use anyone else now.
