Andy came twice to my house due to sightings of a mouse. He was prompt, polite and very helpful in giving lots of information about how to control mice as much as possible. On the first visit he put down bait and on the second he plugged up some holes and then miraculously caught a mouse, thus solving the problem for now. I am so impressed with the service given and definitely recommend anyone with similar problems to get in touch with Environ and Andy.

Great prompt service! Eriye, the technician, was very communicative about his arrival time given traffic, and once here was very thorough. He explained everything clearly, and talked through options patiently. He really took his time and went through our property very carefully to identify any issues.

Got a message from Environ saying my second moth spray appointment is due tomorrow. Prepared the apartment, arranged a place to put away all of my houseplants, and made everyone in the flat get up early to be ready to let in the exterminator and leave.

The morning of, I’m told there’s a mistake and the appointment is supposed to be next week.

This is beyond disappointing — they are supposed to solve headaches, not cause them. I hoped to get better service for the money. The first visit also had to be rescheduled, but the change wasn’t confirmed properly by environ, leading to a different last-minute replanning — thankfully I caught that before doing all the prep.

It’s too early to say either way about the quality of the spray; the specialists who inspected my property seemed professional enough.

Just under 3 months ago had a mouse problem due to construction work in my street. The problem was, I thought sorted by Environ, but sadly not. I was shocked to discover that I had to pay an extra £181 for a visit. Environ are not cheap but I thought a trusted company (I’ve used them before) but this is shoddy customer service. A quick visit to check the poison is all it would have taken but yet they have now lost a regular client.

Environ damaged a bespoke kitchen plinth during a visit and failed to inform me at the time, which goes against their own terms. I sent a quote from my original kitchen supplier, but they declined it and refused to cover the cost.
Since then, I’ve sent multiple follow-up emails requesting payment, and have received no response at all.
Disappointing handling — not client-focused, and no effort made to resolve the issue professionally.

The service is OK. It required a moderately polite rocket after month 1 and appears back on track.

I wouldn't normally write a review so early in the relationship, not least when the start wasn't up to expectations, but having now received multiple requests to review the service, I felt I couldn't ignore them anymore.

From when I first spoke with Environ about a moth problem, they were on board. This is the kind of dynamic approach that I needed. They are very professional and effective. The technician was excellent. I have absolutely no attachment to their company in any way.

Really know what they are doing

Great service, punctual

First of more visits. Sharn explained everything that was going to happen and what had to be done so everything was clear before he started. When he finished we all left and, hopefully, let the treatment work. All went well, Sharn was very informative and helpful.
