This retailer has extremely poor customer policies and cannot be trusted. Their return process is outdated and restrictive, leaving customers stuck with low-quality products. Staff appear inexperienced and offer little genuine assistance beyond surface-level friendliness. The overall service was disappointing and frustrating. I would strongly advise others to shop elsewhere. If I could give zero stars, I would.
