Horrible experience!!!
Horrible experience with an order that they lost during their delivery partner. $150 order which was placed an November 26 2021 which was going to be gifts. Now we are at December 29 2021 and nothing. At this point i definitely would NEVER buy from here again!. I finally got an email back today saying they need 28 days for my package to be labeled “missing” to resend or refund my money. We’re already at over a month and nothing. My advice would be find another store to purchase from. I purchase many things online and this has been one of the WORST experience by far!

Fast delivery. Boxed and bagged professionally. I’m normally a 6 1/2 so o went with a 6 but still a slight bit big. Great quality. I love them the look and feel great but next time I will go with a 5.

Shoes broken, delivered 3 days late
I’m afraid I ordered a pair of shoes, paid for next day delivery, they actually took 3 working days to arrive and when they did arrived they were broken!
The customer service team were lovely and replied to me quickly but I won’t be ordering from there again I’m afraid. Which is upsetting because all their shoes look gorgeous.
