The iphone se pre loved arrived next day as I paid extra £3.99 the battery needed charged and then I discovered it wasnt holding the charge very lond and by that evening the phone was totally faulty. EO distribution had sent a pre paid return envelope with the phone then I realised why so I returned it the next morning. To cut a long story short I now have no phone as they refused to send a replacement even though I had signed out of my apple account. Very poor scam company

i have ordered three phones phones from this company first two very happy with, had problems with third phone as it was overheating and i had to pay for return postage as there was a problem with prepaid postage, however my refund was very fast and and the company kept in contact and are resolving problem with postage so all in all not a bad experience .

Upon reviewing the situation, it seems the charge you experienced was due to an error on Royal Mail's part. We supply pre-paid return bags with our account number and barcode, so the postage costs should be billed directly to us. If there was an issue with the barcode, we wish you had reached out to us immediately. We could have arranged a collection for you, but it seems this problem was not flagged at the time.
Regarding the phone, please note that all our devices undergo rigorous physical and system checks before being listed, ensuring they are fully functional. While we strive for swift dispatch of our orders, we aren't able to fully charge every phone before shipping due to time constraints. Instead, we include a charging cable with each item to help you get started. However, we understand that issues can occasionally occur.
