Best Deskmats for Gaming by a Landslide

These gaming mats are the best in the business. I've tried about 10 different brands and I just keep coming back to the Epic Desk one. Not sure why others are complaining, it's a great company, and their support team is super responsive.

Great experience start to finish. Honestly more impressed with the product in general. I haven't had a desk mat with this high of quality and as cool looking as this in my life. I found my new site for my gaming desk mats!

Horrible delivery service!

I order a deskmat on 12/30/25 and it’s been 14 days since the order and all I been getting is the run around saying my package is being delayed and going from one facility to the next then back to the facility it came from, then finally it’s at a facility close to me and I still have not received my item. Idk if it’s epic desk fault or usps but this never had happen to me before and I order stuff all the time.

Great deskmat! Great Company!

I ordered my Purple Mountain Majesty deskmat on 12/10/2025. It shipping on the 12th, and was delivered on the 16th. I was blown away by how quickly it arrived.
The quality of the materials is so nice, better than any other mat I’ve used. This is a premium product at a great price!
The artwork is beautiful and really looks awesome on my desk in my home office.
I may have to get one for my employees at the office.

Only place to get a deskmat

These deskmats are incredible. Obviously, deskmats have been around for a minute, but Epic Desk is bringing some fresh stuff to the table. Love the designs and the feel. My order shipped pretty quickly too. Very satisfied.

Where is your customer support

I placed an order on 15/12, and as of today, my item still hasn't shipped. While delays can happen, the complete lack of professional communication from Epic Desk is unacceptable.

I have emailed four separate times. I received exactly one response from a representative who promised to follow up with an update within a week. That week has come and gone with total silence. I have also reached out via X (Twitter) four times with zero response.

To have no tracking information after 13 working days, and to be ignored across multiple platforms, is frankly disgusting. At this point, the entire operation feels like a scam. I can’t comment on the quality of the product because I’m starting to doubt it even exists.

Save your money and your sanity: shop elsewhere.

Great quality bad management

The quality of the products is great, but the human service is terrible. I believe they are severely understaffed for the number of orders they receive.
I ordered a mat with shipping to Romania and got absolutely no answer about it until I started spamming them on all channels. When I say no answer, I mean that I didn't even get the automated email for the fact that they received the order and that it was paid. I wrote to them emails, discord and instagram. The person on instagram found my order and gave me the tracking number. In the following days their other colleagues started answering too.
All of them asked me for an order number even though I stated EVERY SINGLE TIME that my problem is that specifically I DID NOT receive any order number or anything really other than the fact that since I paid the money are no longer on my card. I had to send them a screenshot with my bank account where it was clearly visible that the money went to epicdesk.
I'm giving 4 stars because the order did come and the product is great, because we are people and I think most of us worked at least once in our lives the job of 2-3 others because of lack of staff or proper management. Please, its a great shop, take better care of your employees!

I bought a desk mat

I bought a desk mat, and it arrived and it’s great. The reason I give a 4 star rating instead of 5 is because it took them a week to even ship the thing. They had no communication about it, and when I emailed them, all they said was “it’s waiting to be delivered to USPS” 6 days after ordering. I did receive the mat, and the mat quality itself is great. Love the mat, but shipping definitely needs work.

Solid product but communications and updates could be better.

I ordered a new mousepad through Epicdesk, it was fine, the product itself is superb and I'm genuinely very pleased with it!

However the comms during the process was basically incorrect, shipping on the site says typically 3 days, however it took over 2 weeks for me to get any form of confirmation. During that time I was starting to wonder if I should request a refund.

Over all I think the products are fine, it's the actual company processes and communications which could be improved to the customer. I will be using them again as the designs and quality are good.

No IOSS number, miserable customer support

I ordered a limited edition mousepad for Christmas as a gift. Living in Germany, shipments from UK require extra taxes (paid by the customer) and a so-called IOSS Nr. which seller needs to tax their products in our county. I was positive that this was a serious, professional company and nothing could Go wrong, because they offer international shipping and the import taxes were already listed in the invoice (I paid those ahead). Now I received a Letter from Deutsche Post, that Epicdesk failed to attach the necessary documents for the Tax Services, and I am supposed to pay an extra 15€ fee plus provide the missing documents myself by sending them the invoice. I mailed EpicDesk to resolved the issue for me, because I am not going to pay a fee because they made a mistake. Customer support answered that I should just do as written in the letter from Deutsche Post. No apologies, No refund, no discount Coupon, nada. They also admitted that they don't have a IOSS Number, which ist VERY sus. Do they want to avoid paying taxes in other countries? Don't order any products from EpicDesk, unless you want to pay extra money!

Don't waste your money with this…

Don't waste your money with this company. I ordered a gaming deskmat for my grandson 2 weeks ago and it never arrived. The company does not have a phone # and I have sent 3 emails which have gone unanswered. UPS shows the package was empty and they were notified but no reply.

Great quality and service

Got my deskmat within ~1.5 weeks (shipped to Germany). The material and stitching is high quality and the print vibrant and sharp. Had an issue with the initial mat I got (weird stain I couldn't get out) - wrote support an email and had a replacement on my way within a day, no questions asked.
