Fantastic products, fantastic customer service, fantastic company
I've purchased a number of products from Epic Gardening over the past two years. Without a doubt, the products have been excellent. However, the documentation about the products, how to use them how to get better at gardening is even better. Today, for the first time I had the occasion to use Epic Garden's customer service. Paulyn was fantastic: courteous, professional and a pleasure to work with. I can absolutely recommend using their company.

Great product
Items came in good time and the quality was excellent. I would have no concerns ordering from this company again. Can't wait to start growing veg in my lovely raised beds.

Fake reviews and overpriced products
Like a previous reviewer said, they only publish good product reviews. Bought a raised bed and a maker's pipe kit. The raised bed is so weak it bends and folds where the soil is higher or lower (the corten steel beds, which are even more expensive and should be higher quality). The maker's pipe kit is just screws and connectors you can get at the hardware store. Everything is overpriced and marked up. They're selling wire trash cans from the dollar store that sell for around $1 each for a 5x markup as "critter cages." Whole thing is a money run and ripoff.

As for the Critter Cages, while they may look similar in design to the product you mentioned, they're not. They're larger, made from sturdier metal, not coated in PVC (which will flake off into your garden bed), and also taller.
They [used to] manipulate product reviews
Bought a couple raised beds from them, both came with shipping damage due to poor internal packaging. Lots of scratches to the paint (through a protective film) even going down to bare metal.
I made a review about this (but they didn't publish it). Even the positive reviews mention problems with damage, so I find it weird that of a 1000 reviews, they literally have 1x 2-star review and 1x 3-star review.
They gave me a small discount and sent me a bottle of paint on its way in the mail. I don't think they would offer returns even for bad damage.
The review manipulation is super dishonest, they carry other products I'm interested in, but probably would never do business with them again based on the review shenanigans.
Edit - seeing Epic's reply after a couple years. I never kept the bed, they eventually allowed me to return it for a refund. It took escalation and several weeks though. There was no lie or "disingenuousness" in either of my reviews however, and my originally hidden review is currently live on their site now, which I respect. Overall a neutral experience in the in end, but glad they turned course on their prior review manipulation.
