Do not assume the worst before making a simple inquiry

The product that I received was not what I ordered because of a mistake at the shipping warehouse.
There was no way for me to know that and I thought that I was cheated somehow. I accordingly posted a scathing review of the product. (I sincerely apologize for that.) I later called the customer service number, which I really should have done in the first place. The representative Myra does that company proud. She was prompt, courteous, helpful and efficient. She immediately identified what the problem really was and suggested an appropriate solution. Nothing is wrong with the product that I had received. It is just not what I ordered. I am sure, based on Myra's direction, the warehouse shipping error would be rectified and I would soon receive what I actually ordered. This is a company with integrity of the highest magnitude and it is a pleasure for me to do business with them and to be included as one of their valued customers.

Service all around has been awful.

The units did not cool down a small space. It has been almost impossible to get a return label so that I can send them back and get a refund. Out of 4 phone calls, a representative hung up on me 3 times. The only thing I get is requests to do reviews. I just want to return these and get my money back.

The machine could never cool a room. Also, it has no instruction manual or access to one, and the remote control unit is a piece of plastic.

FAIRLY SIMPLE BUT TOO LONG OF A SALE PITCH

FAIRLY SIMPLE, COULD HAVE JUST GONE TO THE SALES PRICE SOONER AND NOT DRAWN IT OUT, AS I ALMOST X'ED OUT AS I OFTEN DO AS THESE SITES SPEND FAR TOO MUCH TIME ON THE SALES JOB THAT THEY WEAR OUT THE PROSPECT AND MAKE ONE BELIEVE IT IS A CON SO YOU THINK YOU HAVE TO MAKE THE PITCH A 5 MINUTE. Not happy with the site...

I felt scammed by the whole website and ordering process. I actually decided not to purchase but could not find the order summary to cancel. I wanted to see how much it would all cost before buying so I selected two epicoolers. It then asked about payment so I selected paypal. I expected to then to put in my shipping ans billing info, but it said "we recognize you" even though I haven't directly ordered from site before, but figured it was from PayPal info. I still expected to then get taken to a review your order page. Instead add on options kept coming. One of those was confusing and I thought maybe I hadn't selected the correct thing so I added it, again expecting to be taken to an order summary page before submitting. I did not see an order summary page after that so I tried clicking on the cart icon, nothing. I tried clicking on the page links at the top that said order summary , nothing bc I I was on that page but did not see any kind if summary. The only button left was "continue" so I thought I would continue to the summary. Hit the button and then I got an order summary that was already completed and sent!!. I wanted to cancel it all and never meant to order.

Since then, I tried calling to cancel but stayed on hold 10 min and then it hung up. Emailed from. The site, but haven't heard back. Called again and spoke to someone but since I have not seen an email with my order confirmation the customer service person could not help. She said it may take 24 hours to get it. I still haven't gotren a confirmation email. I tried canceling through PayPal but they can't help.

I just want this canceled and money refunded (money did come out of my bank).

Know your expectations of this product

The units I received were far less than was advertised. I bought two units.
It was advertised that the units would cool a room off. The air blowing out was not cool at all. They blew air as if they hadn’t been charged with coolant. I would not recommend this product at all. Very dissatisfying and I would like to return them and be refunded my money.
