I would highly not recommend this organization. I have now been waiting for three weeks for a refund as a result of cancellation of the event due to lack of attendance, they had moved the event I still have not received the refund. They are impossible to reach no response to email voicemails. In fact, I agree with the last post I can see them now I have now started to operate on a new new company name. Creative Cabin. Very disappointed of the service.

I’d see these epoxy workshop ads, a travelling type company that when and held various levels of workshops in towns all over Ontario. I decided to sign up for a level one workshop to take place in Mattawa last June. My thoughts were that I could try it.
Sure enough she was ‘sick’ and that she was trying to reschedule. Then I didn’t hear anything, and then she tried selling some candle holder workshop. Finally I emailed and was like ‘when’s this being rescheduled, lady?’ And she made like that the candle holder workshop was the offer (?) but I could attend her Level 1 (of the actual workshop I had signed up for) in north bay in November (2025). I was busy with personal matters so I didn’t really pursue anything too hard until about a week before the November event when I thought it funny there was no communication, then I noticed that even though she had commented the location on one of her posts on social media and confirmed this when I asked if it was there in email, there was no location references on her website, or officially announced.
She played along how the event was still on when I called the venue and they basically had never heard of them. Just goes to show due diligence matters.
So I emailed that I was fed up. It took a few emails but she did return my money. Needed a couple reminders. She’s now rebranded to the creative cabin.

Registered for a class, they postponed it. (I understood)
New date came, they cancelled and said they'd refund by the end of the week. (I understood)
2 months passed, no communication, no response to enquiries. Did not reply to emails, did not reply to Facebook messages. They will remove comments and posts that don't look favorably on them.

Do not recommend. Very large group, assembly line with very little hands on experience. She mixed the colours and he blew the waves into place. Hardly my own work at all. Very pricey as well. Location was moved without prior knowledge and met with defensiveness when inquired as to why. Ended up taking a class locally that was a completely different experience with hands on experience for less than a 1/3 of the price. ***** most concerning is that you cannot find ANY reviews anywhere and when I asked her how to find reviews she said in the comments on her facebook page. No reviews just comments on her posts. And if you leave a negative comment it is removed and you are blocked *********
