Eden Park Installations
Paul's company Eden Park Installations has recently completed our project for us, (October / November 2019) this included changing all doors and windows in our home plus a brand new porch install, all of this went completely hassle free with none of the horror stories you hear about big companies. Unfortunately I feel the need to update this review, as with most companies all is good, until you need their help when something goes wrong… after they have been paid, they just don’t seem to care !!
A while ago I had issues with the locks that he installed, so I tried to contact Paul for advice and got no response at all even though he read my message on WhatsApp, most frustrating but I moved on.
October 2025: I’ve recently had issues with the multi point locking system on a patio door, and again I tried to contact Paul for help and guidance to secure my property, my calls and messages were completely ignored and not returned.
Just be aware, AFTER CARE IS NON EXISTENT with Paul and his company Eden Park Installations, sadly a very common theme with many companies.
