Wish I could score them -5 stars. Didn’t receive my order and basically they told me to go away and speak to the carrier. The carrier Evri told me to speak with Equationk….. I am now out of pocket and no goods, poor communication and customer service. The seller and the courier should be sorting it between them!

Wish I could give a zero. Cheap junk. Looks 3 D and artfully made on the site, but in actuality it's a piece of flat plastic with an animal glued on it. I've asked for my money back and to return. Never been so misled online.

Wish I could give zero stars. They show beautiful 3-D carved wooden ornaments. I got awful pictures of the animals badly glued on a flat piece of plastic. Absolute junk. No information for returns. Please don’t waste your money!

Their ads show 3-D handcrafted ornaments, but what I received was flat plywood cutouts with photos of animals pasted on them. Very cheaply made. There was no information about returns and no address given. A total rip-off.

Absolute junk. Not 3-D carved decoration, just a cheap picture printed on a piece of plastic. Don't waste your money.

I dont even want to give a one review. I did receive ornament's. These "wooden like" ornaments are NOTHING like the picture. They do state that they are acrylic and THEY are cheap plastic. It looks like they took a picture and poured plastic over it. It took 30 days to get here. I got two different shipping notifications. One from Sweden and another from China. So I have asked for my money back. Needless to say I WILL NOT be giving these as gifts. CHEAP & UGLY. DO NOT BUY

I’d give it zero stars if it were an option. Ordered what looked like 3d ornaments hand carved and cute with little animals. Obviously they stole the photos from another company and pasted them on a flat piece of cheap plastic. Pure junk. I’ve been going in circles with them have to send them back to China for a refund at a huge expense. Then I wouldn’t get a refund anyway I am sure. Don’t waste your money like I did. They are rip off scammers.

Company is a scam. Product ads say USA made, hand crafted resin, delivery within 7-10 days. All lies. Cover company appears to be Starcraft Network, Ltd, since that is what Paypal listed as business name. I didn't recognize this, disputed it with Paypal and Discover card. Got nowhere with Paypal. Trying Discover card now. Got junk from China, 30 days after the order. Requested cancellation multiple times and refund, didn't get it. They tried to add almost $10 to the order as 'sales tax', in my state it would have been under $3. They refunded that - probably afraid IN gov't would be after them. Liars and cheats. Buyer beware.

Christmas Ornaments - Order placed 11/19/24 @1:01 p.m. Double billed. Canceled 11/19/24 @ 1:18 p.m., got fraud alert from bank @ 1:26 p.m., notified them to cancel order again at 1:26 p.m., canceled order again on 11/20 @ 4:20 A.M. They did cancel one order but not the other order. Shipped. 27 emails back and forth later and 42 days later got order they shipped. Depending on which tracking number they either shipped from Spain or China. Ornaments turned out to be picture of animals on piece of material. Total was of money.
