Plus points - Good price on my renewal, telephone assistance was good once I got through.
Minus points - Renewal link sent by email didn’t work, so had to phone, but I was hanging on the phone for a long time waiting for an answer.

Great price and service at quote
The quote and price was very good, easy to deal with. This review is not based on a claim and unable to comment on this. Customer service at the quote stage was excellent and I have brought my insurance with them. I hope I have no need to claim and would do a review if that was became the case.

I was really impressed with the service I received from Equesure - the girls were really helpful and extremely knowledgeable and the price quoted was so amazing I had to check and double check so they had to be patient too... highly recommended!!

Great service and helpped the best they could to sort this out.I was with emporium but they stopped trading with equesure. So went direct and got a better policy.

Horsebox Insurance
Prompt return call after leaving a request for a quote.
Advisor was polite, patient and explained everything about the policy and breakdown cover.
On a like for like policy they came back £123 cheaper than my previous insurers!! Happy customer!
