My experience is not so good
My experience is not so good. We have rented a room at Milano for les than 28 days and when I put 4 July in booking final date was 2nd August, an now you want we pay two months.

The very worst experience! Never book here!
The very worst experience! I lost over 500 euros!
I was given a room that looked clean and whole in the photos. Everything was dusty, mouldy, broken throughout the flat. It was UNHABITABLE. The landlord shouted at me and threatened me, I was very afraid of him and didn't want to stay there. Erasmusu refused to give me the money back or to listen to me, only stupid excuses and put-offs came. I ask you NEVER TO BOOK here!!!!!
Addition to the answer of erasmusu: I did not even give a deposit what shows that Erasmusu doesnt care at all about their tenants and the different cases and just wants to make money.
I could not even stay in the flat where the roomates told me that they have been sick for weeks because of the mold and that they are afraid of the aggressive landlord who comes and goes whenever he wants and shouts and threatens tenants. Erasmusu decided to work further with this person because he said he would refuse to work with erasmusu forever if he didnt get my rent even if I didnt stay in the unhabitable and unsafe flat. He threatens me and erasmusu and other tenants all the time and erasmusu didnt provide a safe clean home but decides to come with nonsens answers like this and scam people and take their money for nothing.

Had problems with the landlord not giving back the full deposit despite both of us signing a paper at the end of the mobility where there was stated that everything was fine. After 2 months and many emails with the landlord and the support i got my full deposit back
