77 days, no keyboard, extremely poor experience

I paid for a Totemist keyboard from Ergomech Store on June 22. We agreed that it would be shipped on July 27.

Today is September 7. The keyboard never arrived.

The store later told me that it had been shipped and provided a tracking number, but the tracking number did not work for about a month. During that time, I received no verifiable proof that the shipment was actually moving.

After repeated communication, they eventually told me that the shipment had been lost.

I also asked for some compensation for the extremely poor delivery experience, but they refused.

They now say that they have issued a full refund, but as of today the money has not yet reached my account.

In total, I spent 77 days waiting, a lot of time communicating with the store, and I still ended up without the keyboard.

I had already bought the keycaps and switches separately, specifically for this keyboard.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Ergomech Store.

UPDATE

I have now received the full refund.

I paid for the order in advance and agreed with the seller that the keyboard could be shipped after July 27. On July 25, I confirmed that I was ready to receive it.

The shipment was delayed, and the original package was later lost. During this time, I never received working tracking or any other proof showing where the package actually was. Only near the very end of our communication did the seller finally explicitly admit that the original package had been lost. Before that, I was repeatedly told that it was still in transit or that they would check with the carrier.

In my opinion, the seller handled the situation very badly. There were many delays and new promises. Later, the seller promised to send a replacement by express shipping, but this replacement was never shipped.

In the end, instead of completing my order, the seller cancelled it and refunded my money.

Because of this, I spent a lot of time waiting, contacting the seller, and trying to understand what was happening. I also spent a lot of time choosing this keyboard, discussing the details before ordering, and paying well in advance.

The way the order was cancelled, together with what I felt was an arrogant and dismissive attitude, left me with a very negative impression of this store.
