I purchased the revitalight led sculptor but unfortunately it wasnt working ,I contacted ergonomist via email and explained ,there customers services was second to none ,they asked what the problem was I explained and without question they sent me a new device within two days I received it and its working brilliantly, cant wait to see the results ,would definitely recommend this company

I definitely sleep better. In fact I can't actually remember lying awake since using it. The pillow is extremely comfortable and moulds to your head without being too firm or too soft. The side support prevents you from adopting an awkward twisted neck stance whilst asleep when your head is in the recess. It doesn't smother your face if you sleep on your side either.
The extra pillows in black were immediately ordered following.
It's the best pillow I have ever slept on. I personally use a very shallow pillow underneath to give slightly extra height but that's just my own personal preference.

Matched up to the hype. Really comfortable, easy to assemble. Ideal for my home office. Looks great as well

Since posting my original review, the situation has not been resolved. I am still dealing with the consequences of the company’s delivery error, and the handling of the refund or delivery of my original order remains UNACCEPTABLE.

I have been informed that the collection of the incorrectly delivered item is scheduled for 6 February; however, I have received no confirmation, tracking information, or collection details to date.

Despite the company acknowledging that the incorrect item was sent in error, I was informed that any refund or delivery of the correct item would only be processed after the wrongly delivered item has been collected, inspected, and internally verified. This is despite the fact that the item I originally ordered — and fully paid for — was never delivered.

This is not a replacement case. The initial delivery failure was entirely the company’s mistake. I simply requested delivery of the item I ordered, in line with what is clearly advertised on the website and used to attract customers. That advertised service has not been fulfilled, and there has been no reasonable attempt to correct the error or resolve the matter as a gesture of goodwill.

At the time of writing, there has been no escalation, no clear timeline for resolution, and no proactive communication from senior management. Customer service responses continue to be slow and unhelpful.

This follow-up is to highlight that the issues raised in my original review remain unresolved. Unfortunately, this reinforces my view that the company’s delivery promises and refund policies are NOT applied fairly in practice.

I am posting this update to accurately reflect the current status of the case for other potential customers.

The chair looked great and seemed to be good quality. Unfortunately, I didn’t set it up as I had to return it due to a mismatch between the colour shown online and the one I received.

That said, customer service was helpful — although there was some back and forth, they agreed to cover the return shipping, which I appreciated. I also received a full refund.

I would recommend that buyers double-check and confirm the colour, especially if ordering the white variant.

I looked for ages for a treadmill and could not find one for the right price and then I came across these guys and honestly I was amazed to find a pink walking pad for such a fab price ! I received it within a couple days and have had not one problem with it since. I’m even gonna order my mom hers soon as she’s on her fitness journey too. I’ve managed to do 10k steps almost daily(one or two lazy days) since receiving my pad. I’ve even realised I still know how to run after not attempting to for around 6 years! Lol. I also lost my remote and these guys sent me out another for free! Such a great company and it may be my first time ordering but it will not be my last

I ordered a laptop stand on 6 January. The delivery took place on 10 January but only two parts of the stand were in the box - the third was missing. I wrote and complained straight away and had a response on 13 January from Alex W who told me he had shared my concern with the team. I suggested it didn’t need sharing and that a team was not required to solve the problem - just put the missing bit in the post.A few days later Alex W contacted me to say the missing bit was out of stock and it would be a month before it was due. Would I like a refund? Why, yes, I would. By this point I’d looked up the negative reviews on Trustpilot and my expectations were low. However, a refund was made to my account on 26 January. So this failed transaction took only 20 days in total, and I count myself quite fortunate compared to others. Hence two stars rather than one. But I will not order anything else from this company and I suggest anyone reading this should avoid them.

I ordered an office chair with next-day delivery, as clearly advertised on the website. The chair never arrived. Instead, I was wrongly sent a large and extremely heavy walking pad (around 22kg) that I did not order.

The company later admitted this was their mistake, but I was told the earliest collection of the incorrect item could take up to 14 days. During this time, I was expected to store a bulky item at home through no fault of my own, effectively turning my home into their storage space.

As the item I paid for was never delivered and there was no clear timeline for when it would be, I requested a full refund. I never received what I paid for, yet I was expected to deal with the consequences of the company’s mistake, while my refund was withheld even after the error was acknowledged. I was told a refund would only be considered after the wrongly delivered item had been collected, checked, inspected and internally verified, which is completely unreasonable and wholly unacceptable.

Customer service was equally disappointing. It took two full days just to make initial contact, and responses were slow, rigid and unhelpful. Despite repeatedly requesting escalation to senior management, no one ever contacted me. I was left dealing only with frontline support via chatbot and email, often with long periods of no response.

Overall, this was an extremely frustrating online purchase, with very poor customer service experience. The delivery promises and refund policies advertised on the website do not appear to be followed in practice. Customer service was extremely poor, and I would strongly advise others to think twice before ordering from this company. Good luck.

Thank you so much for my new desk chair. I’ve been having chronic back pain with my old chair for months. And this has been the first time in ages I’ve been able to sit for over an hour without experiencing pain in my lower back.

The only issue I found was that it didn’t come with all the bolts that’s were shown in the instruction. It was enough to solidly construct the chair, but they didn’t seem to match the ones in the instructions (why I gave 4 stars).

Also to all the other reviews on here who have complained about the ‘next day delivery service’ LEARN TO READ! It clearly says delivered the next ‘working day’. I ordered mine on the Friday evening and knowing the courier was Royal Mail I could predict the chair would arrive Wednesday (Tuesday if I was very lucky). It arrived Wednesday exactly as expected.

Fantastic desk. Great build quality and functionality.

Was a present for my partner who has been struggling since having his stroke to get the energy to exercise as much as he would like. This is a great piece of equipment for him and has used it nearly every day whilst being able to stay comfortable on the sofa. Definitely believe it will help towards getting him up and about more!

Easy to order, prompt delivery. Quick assembly. Counts distance, time and calories used. Perfect to keep my circulation going which prevents fluid build up in my lower legs. I looked at electronic devices to do this but decided that this is better as I can burn some calories whilst watching TV. Win win!

Love it, i use it most days for 30-40 minutes. Only downfall is it doesn't have a incline, but other than that it's great & fits neatly behind my couch.

Easy communication with the company the chair quite easy to put together and straight forward instruction the chair itself it's quite comfortable and I will purchase from this company again
