I made the right decision when I chose Erie Home for my roofing project. A sales consultant and roofing specialist visited my home to consult with me and educate me on the damage to my roof, Erie Home's product and how each piece was designed to protect my home. It's important to note that I have a disability and am unable to climb into the attic myself. They took pictures of the damage so that I could see it for myself. The roofing team arrived on time and worked until dark the first day making sure to cover items like my deck, hedges, etc. They worked efficiently and professionally taking pictures of the entire process. When they left on the second day, my yard, deck and ramp were free of debris, and I had a brand-new roof!

Work was done at a price point that was acceptable with an impressive warranty.
I was happy with the sales representatives rundown of the quality and selection of products offered and the company's history.
The installation went well for me with the crew keeping me update on progress.

Only slight negatives would be that the original install date had to be pushed back several days, and that I found several nails in the driveway once the dumpster was removed after work was completed.

The team was quick, efficient and the process was easy. My new roof was on within 3 weeks of first contact. The team was professional and friendly. Thanks Erie Homes.

The experience we had was wonderful. From Stephen and Aiden coming to our home and explaining everything that would need to be done to our roof, showing us the pictures of where it was bad.
Then when the crew came to replace our roof they were very polite and considerate. They worked hard and efficiently. Thank you to all involved.

The crew arrived as scheduled, worked well together. They also did an exceptional job picking up all the debris from the roof shingle tear off, including using magnetic bars attached to long handles to pick up nails in the gardens and lawn. They wrapped up replacing the roof with new shingles by 3 pm the same day. It looks wonderful. Thank you!

Excellent job unbelievable workers they left the yard cleaner than when they found it … to be honest I didn’t care for the price but you get what you pay for … couldn’t be happier.. better materials and a quality job . Highly recommend

Five stars for the actual completion of the roof and helping us find a.solar panel removal resource and short term financing. Team worked quickly and got a complex roof done in two days. Points off for a high pressure sales pitch that made us a bit uncomfortable (but clearly worked) and likely with a more expensive job than we may have been able to get elsewhere.

They were very respectful of myself and my property. Very efficient and cleaned up nicely. Highly recommend this company. Very good job and the roof looks fantastic

And we love the quality of their products and our new roof system. Best part, the installers left our property spotless, including our pool, and cleaned up perfectly. We highly recommend Erie Home.

Every person we interacted with was professional and knowledgeable. All of our questions were answered thoroughly, we never felt rushed through anything. The materials were physically presented to us so we could see and feel them as the field representative described them. This helped us to understand the value for the money. The roof was installed in one day, that crew was very diligent and efficient. Out property was completely cleaned up when the installation was done. The office staff was very accommodating and pleasant to work with, when I called with a question they remembered me and greeted me warmly. Everything was delivered on as promised through the entire project.

Very detailed crew. Very efficient. Worked hard and put in very long hours. A little too long. Worked into the night therefore missing some items on yard during cleanup. Overall the metal roof looks beautiful.

Erie Home replaced our roof. They did the job in one day. They were very professional and cleaned up all debris after completing the job. We are very happy with our new roof!

The experience was one to write home about. The sales representatives set the scene with explaining everything about the company down to the product and moved into the installation team. The installers were polite and professional. Very hard workers. They worked until almost darked and came back to complete the job. They cleaned up all the material and returned the porch furniture back in its original location. We are pleased with every worker in the Erie company and the leaf filter installer. I would recommend the company without hesitation. Keep doing the fantastic work you all do.

Erie Homes replaced the roof on our home and garage. We chose the Atlantic Blue color and it is absolutely beautiful with the light grey siding.
The entire process beginning with the Field Representative and ending with the Installation Crew
was phenomenal! They cleaned up so well that our property looked better when they left than before they
started.
For future projects we will definitely reach out to them again.

My experience with Erie Home went beyond customer satisfaction to customer delight . Within a few days of discovering a roof leak, the roof was evaluated, a very good roof product for our area chosen, a start schedule confirmed, and financing agree. The work crew arrived early, and roof replaced as planned. Cleanup was thorough.
