Everything about this was amazing except the shipping. It’s probably my own fault for not realizing that the head would be sent separately. It came a month after the torso did but it was so beautiful once it got here. I was no longer disappointed! I am a proud owner of the Skylar model doll. Visually, she’s absolutely stunning. Once you can get past the gap in the neck between the base of the head. If I were going to purchase again, I would definitely get the wig instead of implanted hair. It pulls out super easily and gets everywhere. It’s an absolute pain to try to remove them all from the body if they get out of control. On its own, the torso is on a completely different level. The feel of the skin is amazing and soft. The tunnels themselves are definitely better than anything I have personally experienced in a toy. The butt is just soooo squeezable and is mesmerizing to watch jiggle, as are the breasts. The tunnels are very tight and may be too small for the more well-endowed. There were some issues, but customer service was absolutely amazing! They did an outstanding job rectifying issues as soon as I brought them up. Overall, I am extremely pleased with my purchase, even if the road was rocky; the journey was worth it for the experience of having such an amazing toy! I look forward to my next purchase! Their soft gel on the boobies and butt is very realistic and nice to touch, i got myself riko max series with additional grace head, i have few hiccups with my product, the customer service responded quick and provide with solution quick and satisfaction. Premium doll with premium customer service. Recommended if you want a sex torso. Silicone is the way to go.

Honestly highly disappointed 😞
Honestly highly disappointed 😞. Well constructed but the love hole has nothing to be desired, im glad I tried this before a doll because if the dolls have the same hole as this I would be supremely upset. It was so hard to penetrate fully lubricated that I hurt my self trying to get in and I'm average size. There was nothing that I found stimulating, I tried twice just to give it the benefit of doubt, both times I went limp inside and just finished it the old fashioned way. I'm not going to try a third it's going in the trash.

We feel so sorry that you did not have a good experience with the masturbator.
The bad experience might be caused by the insufficient lubrification, or the too strong stimulation caused by the tunnel design.
The masturbator has a different tunnel design as all our dolls. The tunnel texture is more stimulating and could be too intensive for you.
While our dolls will come with the extra softness and a less stimulating tunnel, you can also have a customized order to have a more smooth tunnel, to ensure a better experience.
I believe the doll or a different masturbator will offer you a better experience!
Order still hasn't shipped two weeks after ordering.

Great communication and support so far
I am a first-time buyer from Australia, and so far I am very satisfied with Erovenus and their service.
Before placing my order, I exchanged many emails with their support team. They always replied within a day, were very patient, and explained the production process and after-sales policy very clearly.
After I placed the order, they emailed me again to confirm my shipping address, delivery preferences and customs duty details. They even proactively covered half of the customs fee for me, which I really appreciate.
Although I have not received the product yet, based on the communication and customer support so far, I feel very confident about this company and this order. Once the product arrives, if everything goes smoothly, it will be a perfect experience for me.

EroVenus - Best Torso Shop Ever
I have tested many torsos and must honestly say that the torsos from LoveNestle and EroVenus are one of the best torsos on the market. I used to have some made of TPE. They were terrible: they were oily, left stains, and smelled awful. Never again! The silicone material from EroVenus doesn't smell, isn't oily, and feels wonderful. With the appropriate surface finish, the torsos also look very good. I myself have had Savannah, Jessica, Emma, and Hot Kitty Aria. The last one was the best torso I've ever had. Now I've ordered a Jenny and I'm very excited.
There's not much to say about communicating with EroVenus; it just works wonderfully. Every step of the order and delivery process is communicated by email, so you feel very well taken care of when shopping at EroVenus. I can highly recommend EroVenus and would shop there again and again.
