I was trying to buy an Illy Easy ESE pod coffee machine online & surprisingly found it difficult to find one which would ship to Ireland. Found Erresse & hadn't heard of them but saw they had good reviews on TrustPilot. Great communication, fast despatch & tracking & received within the week. Delighted with my machine.

Delivery to UK
Good communication with Erresse regarding my order. Prompt delivery, 5 calendar days (they use FedEx), I ordered items to be delivered from Italy to UK. Delivery not cheap though, around £18.

Purchase process was good, Delivery was an issue
The direct experience with Erresse was good, mostly transactional and to the point. The order confirmation was immediate and also the documentation was issued in a timely manner.
The issues started with the delivery process. DHL was the first carrier and all was well till the package entered the country of destination. DHL partner in the country of destination was CARGUS and their service was really bad and unprofessional. The package reached the final city destination in 3 days and then it took 3 days of missed deliveries, non communication, hostile language from the CARGUS Customer Service Dept.
I understand that the shipping process is out of ERRESSE control yet I would reccomend to discuss the issue with your shipping agent about their partners as this reflects on ERRESSE as well.
