I have bought several of their stunning pots over the last 3 years, and absolutely delighted with their quality and design. A fantastic UK company

Hard work from start to finish! It took several weeks for pots to arrive, little or no communication and had to push and ask about the order every step of the way. In fairness emails were answered when they were sent. Pots are not too bad but the quality to me is not there, glazing is poor and color match not great through all the pots we ordered. Would I recommend? Sadly not, a poor example of online shopping, and not the best of products. Shame.

We've bought pots from Errington Reay at Bardon Mill for quite a few years and the first one we bought about 20 years ago still looks amazing. Their service has always been decent and the pots we've bought have all been excellent which is why we always go there first. However, we went their today and have now decided that in future when we need pots we'll probably look elsewhere. We wanted a large pot from a particular range, to fit with five others we bought from there but the one's on display weren't quite what we wanted. We found a large pallet of the pots and it appeared that some were more like what we were looking for. We went to the office and there were three members of staff at their desks. It seemed like each were waiting for the other to come to the counter. We asked if there were other pots in the range we could look at but were told everything was out. We mentioned the pots on the pallet but we were given a few reasons why we couldn't get one then we were told they couldn't get them out as the men were on their lunch breaks. We asked if they had any idea when they might be putting them out but they couldn't tell us. I think the fact that it was a windy, miserable day might have been a deciding factor. We settled for one of the pots on display but I think that will be the last we ever buy from there. Sadly we need about four more large pots but I'm sure our business will be welcomed somewhere else.

Just seen a couple of the negative reviews about this place and I am gobsmacked.I went to the factory near Hexham for the first time and it was amazing .The staff and the place where 10 out of 10 .The place was magical and I was like a kid in a sweet shop as there was so much choice.I bought a meter high blue pot for £120 bargin .The staff were friendly helpful and really nice normal people.I would definitely recommend a visit here and I would definitely ignore the negative comments by other people,they definitely haven’t been to this place as if they did they would love it as much as me .

I ordered 13 pots from the alleged factory (it isn’t) and was told to expect delivery the next week. After no contact from them I called and called but the phone was never answered…. Eventually I was able to make contact through Facebook messenger and was told that Terri - Lou had been trying to contact me by email and phone to say that the pots aren’t made at the site and the place that supplies them were providing substandard pots but I had provided the incorrect mobile and email details (I had not). Time passed and there was no contact from ER so I went through the usual rigmarole of trying to speak with them and eventually requested a refund. I waited patiently but there was no refund to be seen…. Again I went through the battle of trying to get in touch and was eventually told that Terri - Lou had lost my credit card details and had been trying to phone and email to get my details to process a refund. This was obviously a lie and at this point I spoke with a manager called Karl who said he’d speak with head office and get back to me. Karl it’s been well over 2 weeks since that conversation and despite many emails and calls there’s still no sign of your response… life is too short so I give up but wanted to leave this sad tale as a warning to others…

This is the third time I have bought from you and the pots always arrive in perfect condition and beautiful.

The team even try to match the colour of my existing pots so they all look the same. So much better than the mass-produced generic stuff you can buy from most high street shops.

That is what I call service !

It also won't be the last as it is my birthday soon and they are on my wish list.

Genuinely so much nicer than the pictures show.

Lovely pot, terrible customer service.
One of our pots had a glaze dribble on the front, this in turn flaked off exposing the pottery underneath, plus the surrounding area developed a greyish lustreless appearance!
I used the ‘contact us’ form’ no response…I emailed, with photograph, again no response!
As stated their pots aren’t cheap and supposedly are guaranteed for 10 years but what is the point if the company doesn’t or will not respond….no more ER pots for me!

Very disappointing. The delivery (for which I was charged £20) was ‘lost’ without explanation, and then when the order finally arrived the pots had ugly flaws on the front of them. These pots aren’t cheap and really not what I paid for. I requested that the delivery charge be refunded but I was ignored .....which is inexcusable. Non existent customer service.

Absolutely stunning, great quality pots at unbeatable prices (I bought from the ‘Courtyard Collection’, round and square shapes in stone and old leather colours). Customer service also wonderful. Unreservedly recommend the products / company.
