TLDR: Ersa does not care about your health or user experience past the “pay now” button
Quality of product is hit or miss. Some sets are definitely drop ships that can be found on Temu for ~$3, others are original designs that feel sturdier.
They do not warn customers of the dangers of using their solid glue gel. Improper handling of this product can result in a lifelong allergy to acrylates.
Their customer service is responsive but rarely helpful and each interaction takes at least 3-5 email exchanges to make real progress. I have spent several hundreds of dollars on this site to date but after my most recent experience with their customer service team, I will be supporting independent artists instead.

UPDATE: 2-Star to 1-Star after Ersa’s reply, with their original response copy and pasted at bottom:
The customer situation they are replying to below is not mine. I will not comment on originality of designs, but after purchasing a variety of sets from your website, I can say that the quality varies greatly within Ersa’s catalogue.
More importantly, there are extensive studies that link acrylates to contact dermatitis. For example: Kucharczyk M, Słowik-Rylska M, Cyran-Stemplewska S, Gieroń M, Nowak-Starz G, Kręcisz B. Acrylates as a significant cause of allergic contact dermatitis: new sources of exposure. Postepy Dermatol Alergol. 2021 Aug;38(4):555-560. doi: 10.5114/ada.2020.95848. Epub 2021 Sep 15. PMID: 34658693; PMCID: PMC8501444.
This site’s dismissive attitude surrounding a serious health risk is more damaging than any lacking customer service team or questionable product. I am not pursuing any type of refund, I am just leaving a review and warning for any future customers so they don’t have to go through what I have.

Ersa’s original reply copy and pasted below:
“Dear Customer,
We appreciate all feedback and would like to provide a clear account of the situation.
After your purchase, you reported that one pinky nail piece was missing. We promptly arranged a replacement, which was delivered on January 27th, as confirmed by tracking information. The product arrived complete and in perfect condition. Despite this, you requested a full refund, even though the item was intact and fully delivered. We consider this request to be unreasonable and not representative of normal customer expectations.
You also mentioned finding similar products for only a few euros on other platforms. While we respect every customer’s choice of where to shop, our original designs are hand-crafted and frequently copied or imitated online. In fact, unauthorized replicas exist, and we have even encountered websites selling counterfeit versions of our products. Our loyal customers appreciate and trust the authenticity and quality of our handmade items.
Regarding your claim about potential allergic reactions to our adhesive, no formal medical or lab documentation was provided. We have offered multiple times to review proper evidence, such as a hospital report or certified lab test, but none was supplied. Refunds cannot be issued based on unverified claims.
We take pride in the craftsmanship, originality, and quality of our products, and we remain committed to providing all customers with honest, transparent service. We hope this clarifies the situation and reinforces the value and authenticity of our handmade products.
Sincerely,
Ersa Nails”

UPDATE 2: Ersa… your own website advertises that your product contains acrylates. Look up your product page for “Solid Nail Glue Gel”, which lists the following ingredients: Acrylates, Polymethyl methacrylate, Copolymer.
I would stop selling these products. They’re listed for $3.99. I doubt it’s your largest profit generator by a mile but definitely has risk and exposure for the company.

I’ve tried press-on nails several times before, but they always felt off and I ended up not using them. This is the first time I’ve found a set that fits perfectly and looks amazing! I also reached out to customer service a few times while purchasing, and their response was great, very patient and helpful in solving my concerns. I’ll definitely be back to support again.

I really loved the nails that I got, but I have odd sized nail beds and one of my fingers just wasn't big enough. I rebought the sets in the same size to take one of the bigger sizes and put it with the other set to make it work and then I was like, you know what? I'll just reach out to customer service to see if I can just pay an extra fee in the future to get a nail size swap out since they do have a listing for custom changes to their products.
I went through the whole process, was super polite, provided my order numbers, explained what I wanted, they said that they could do that and then right at the end of the process COMPLETELY ghosted me. I messaged them four more times afterwards all very polite (I don't talk bad to customer service, I work in customer service) asking for updates and next steps and never got anything back. I'd already spent hundreds of dollars with them so it was such a bummer. I definitely won't be purchasing from them again if they can't take the time to send me a message that simply says 'Unfortunately we can't accommodate you at this time.'
All that said, the nails are very pretty and the product works well if you get the gel instead of the stick on tabs.
Update: Them saying that I sent a fake image is bananas. I just screenshot Instagram. They sent me an email to the email I use for shopping and promotions and never check unless I'm looking for something after an extensive conversation on instagram that they stopped replying to. I can't find the first email that they screenshot that they sent. It doesn't mean it isn't real, but I did not get it. I only saw their second one when they messaged me again on instagram after I wrote this review and after not replying to my several messages trying to complete the process there.
Their policy apparently says that the refill service needs to be done via email but if you go to their help option it says you can reach out for help via Instagram. At no point did they tell me I was going through the wrong channel in Instagram.
I still do not understand why I was not replied to on the platform I reached out on after I sent a reply, got nothing back (through instagram, I'm still not sure why I did not get that first email in my inbox though from their screenshot it does appear they did) messaged again 8 days later with a standard 'Hello?' Then again four days later saying I was hoping to get them for Christmas, then again 6 days later asking for a response so I could finish the process we'd started. The next reply was of a screenshot of their emails through their ticketing system so it **was** possible for them to answer me, if only to tell me we needed to complete the process via email.
What I don't appreciate is being told that my picture of my instagram responses isn't real. Ain't nobody got time to make a fake image over four replacement nails, I'm a working woman. Will not be buying again, but you can keep your star even though you're trying to paint me as a malicious liar despite my cooperation in answering your questions since November 6th, all the way until you stopped answering.

Absolute horible customer service, seems ai generated. I folowed the sizing instructions on the site but the nails did not fit properly. Mind you i did not actualy use gleu or anyrhing is just loosly tried them on ti see if thei fit. They would not let me return the unused items. I spend quite some money wich is now basicaly in the trash.

I bought two pairs of nails from here plus the uv gel glue, spending over $150. I've worn them for less than a day and the nail polish decoration is chipping and four have fallen off already. I try to reapply with different techniques using the uv glue or the tabs but neither stay on. I'm really disappointed having spent so much money, I could have got two pairs of salon acrylics with custom designs that lasted weeks

The quality is amazing, and they are definitely worth it! The only downside is the shipping took a bit longer than expected, so if you want them for a holiday, make sure to order a few days ahead.
I don't usually do much housework, so I decided to try these. The design is gorgeous, and they really make my hands look longer, which I love! However, if you have a lot of tasks to do daily, I'd recommend going for a shorter length.
his is my first time trying press-on nails, and I spent quite a bit of time picking the right set. They're a little pricey, but definitely worth it! The best part is that these nails saveme so much time compared to salon manicures. I also bought their glue, and it worked pretty well when paired with the nails.
Nails never arrived, Evri driver sent a picture of the wrong parcel at the wrong door. +£100 order. 2 months ongoing issue with Evri and Ersa. Contacted both multiple times and I am still hounding them for an answer and have got nothing. I have sent multiple screenshots to both and no answer from either.

Thanks to the customer service for their helpful support! I received the nails, but my thumb nail was slightly damaged. I contacted customer service, and they were very patient in resolving the issue. The nails themselves are beautiful, and you can really tell they’re handmade—no cheap feel at all, plus they’re reusable.
Get the look of cheap drugstore press-on nails for 10x the price and hopefully they fit, because it is impossible to get in contact with customer service, and when you do, they will refuse a refund for "hygiene" reasons. My unused product is sitting in the trash can. The nails I got done at the salon instead, however, have been getting compliments all week!

I love the concept and these were actually extremely strong!! The only reason I gave it four stars however is because of how they fit on my nails. I have wider nails and the sizes just don’t satisfy my weird nails. I wish I would’ve had the opportunity to wear them properly had they opened the option for such varied nail sizes.
The press on nail were so pretty! I was sad though because my nail beds are pretty small/short, so even the "short" press on's were extremely long on me. I tried to file them down a bit but really just ended up ruining the design.
I've been a loyal customer for a while now, and I was really excited to receive my set. The quality, as always, is amazing, and I love the design. However, my only real disappointment was that the delivery took longer than expected.
Ordered a bunch of nails and they are perfect just like the pictures. Quality is great compared to my cheaper press on nails. Shipping was slower than expected but the nails arrived in perfect condition and was packaged safely, they even gave me a few freebies!! Just made another purchase with them!!
I'm obsessed with this manicure kit - it genuinely gives salon-style results are home and is very user-friendly. The nail application tools make everything easier and more precise, so my nails always turn out polished and professional. The UV lamp curves most nails quickly and efficiently, though darker or less translucent shades may need a bit of extra curing time. Overall, it's an excellent kit and totally worth it.
The nails look great, and the designs are stunning! They’re sturdy, but unfortunately, they didn’t fit my fingers as well as I hoped. However, the customer service was fantastic. They were quick to respond and helped me a lot by guiding me on how to accurately measure my nail size. Just a tip for others – be sure to measure your nails carefully before placing an order to ensure the perfect fit!
Extreme delays in delivery and no response to queriers and/or requests for cancellation.
Love the press on nails usually so feel a bit disappointed to be leaving this review.
Ordered a set of nails and the Pro Touch Kit Max with basic tool set. No faults with the nails and most of the tools, however had issues with the solid nail glue/gel and the removal pen.
Firstly, the solid glue does not fully cure under the design, despite leaving for 2-3x the recommended time under the UV lamp. I used the removal pen to get the gel residue off the press on, and while it got most of the gel off, some remains - making the back of the nail uneven. The removal pen then stopped working and appears to be jammed.
After leaving for a few minutes, I noticed that the press on had become very flexible, as if the pen had degraded it. Reached out to Ersa team but didn't receive a response. A week later, the press on nail I used the removal pen on had warped - still somewhat flexible but set in a curled shape that makes it tricky to lay on my nail now (so pretty much unusable).
Reached out to Ersa again following up and giving this update but have still not received a reply. I left a review of the pro touch kit on their website saying this, but it appears to have been deleted.
Real shame because I quite liked this company and their designs but I will not be purchasing from them again.
Update: the UV handheld lamp has now starting turning off after 2 seconds... charging hasn't helped/worked. Long story short, press on designs are great but don't risk it with the tools.

These nails are perfect for any special event. I wore them to a wedding, and they looked incredible! They lasted all day and looked like I'd just come from the salon. My only issue is that the shipping took a little longer than I excepted. However, after reaching out to their CS, they want above and beyond to assist me and resolve the issue. I really appreciate their service!
