nothing bad about the nails, i love them and i always got so many compliments! What makes it only 4 stars is just the shipping, most of the time it takes longer than what it said in the website but it’s not a very big deal. They respond to complaints very quick and i’m satisfied with their service :)

I ordered two sets of nails
I ordered two sets of nails. They looked great but were not very durable. One of the nail art pieces on one set broke off within the first day of wear. The nail glue tabs are not strong enough to hold these nails on & the nails fell from the second set off within less than 2 days.

I ordered my nails June 21. Guess whose order is still on "Confirmed." Multiple emails back and forth and the best they can do is respond with half-assed AI-generated responses. Horrible experience. I had to dispute the charge with my Bank.

Reusable:
After 3 weeks the nail designs chipped of and it started to look unclean, would def not use again
Damage:
My nails weren‘t completly undamaged but better than going to the Salon of using normal nail glue.

Customer help was good.. but the products are shockingly bad. I use press on nails exclusively and the glue and the tabs are rubbish. They absolutely do not work. Do not waste your money.

I love my Ersa Nails
Every kit I’ve received has been fantastic, it’s very rare for me to be able to find nails that fit me let alone good quality ones. I’ve received many compliments when I wear them, I have 2 so far. My nails have an awkward curve to them so I need to finesse locking the press ons to them but I can definitely say they stay on even I was rushing through putting them on before a 3 hour photoshoot around Edinburgh. definitely want to get more!

Stunning & Re-wearable
First of all, Ersa nails is a real business. (: I ordered from them worried that I would be scammed. They arrived within a week. The nails that arrived to my door were a WORK OF ART. I was stunned. I used the glue tabs that came with, thinking once I stuck them on I could easily pull them off to readjust. I was wrong. The tabs held TIGHT for 5 days. I wore them to my office job & then to a wedding that weekend. The tabs then were easy to peal off and did not hurt my nail or skin. The nails are incredible quality, look like a professional really poured their heart & soul into these nails. Some who say the tabs didn’t stay longer probably used the normal tabs and not the gel glue tabs. The gel tabs actually cure & will def last at least 2.5 weeks. I was so in love with the first set of nails that I bought 3 other sets, gel glue solid tabs, & blue light wand. If you’re looking for higher quality, re-wearable nails, skip glamnetic & go for these. I wish I could post a picture of the sets. They’re just as advertised.

I ordered from this company for my wedding way in advance of my wedding date. They took a LONG time to ship it out and I received it WAY after my wedding day. I made a mistake and didn’t measure correctly but they didn’t want to give me a refund even when it was late. I didn’t need it anymore and it was too small but they said it was against their company policy to refund it even though I never used it. NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Ersa Nails is truly a beautiful find on the internet. This is my second pair of nails now and once again I couldn’t be happier.
The quality truly is good and they are genuinely STUNNING.
The only negative, I feel like, is the wait for them. They mark the wait as much shorter as it actually is and you’ll have to wait up to a month to receive your pair.
But all in all, they’re great nails and the customer service is always so sweet and helpful 💖

This is definitely my preferred nail glue! It doesn’t leave any residue on my real nails and definitely last longer than regular nail glue however if you work with your hands at all you will probably have one or two pop off throughout the day. They do not last a month long like some of the videos suggest, but it is still better than regular nail glue. Longest mine have lasted was about 5 days, but i also work with my hands a lot packing boxes all day so i knew it was too good to be true.

The nails are beautiful, and I love each and every design you created. The quality also seemed great at first. Unfortunately, they don’t hold at all. I used the nail glue that is supposed to last up to a month, but despite careful application, one of the nails came off after just two days. I’m truly disappointed because I didn’t notice it right away and ended up losing the nail—so now the set is incomplete.
I had to wait a month for them to arrive, which is understandable since they are made to order, but sadly, beautiful nails are of no use to me if they don’t last. I actually find the founders really likeable and genuinely enjoy supporting a small business, but I’m not sure if I would order again.
