Long waiting and wrong item

When I came and showed the order number, the person at the till showed me the printed list and asked if my order was there. I showed it him. After that, he asked me to wait about 20 minutes to do something in a computer. When I came after this time, I waited 5 minutes more at the till and he gave me a bag. Usually I check electronics, but it was just a phone case, so I thought that it's impossible to give me a fault item. I started walking to the exit and decided to check my order. I booked a leather case, but there was a box with the silicone one in the bag. So I came back to the till and showed it to the cashier. He tried to convince me that it was the right case, but it wasn't. After he realized, he said that the company would give the money back. I knew that there were 2 cases in that store, so I asked him to check the second one. In a minute another person brought me the right box with the right case. In my opinion, I got the right order despite of absolute reluctance of the staff to help me. It's very upset and gave me the worst experience if buying something.

Es malo leer que se había entregado un artículo incorrecto al momento de recoger el artículo, pero despues de una revisión por parte del personal en tienda, se ha entregado el correcto.

Recuerda que en caso de un problema con tus compras, puedes solicitar ayuda por medio del formulario web o directo en mostrador de alguna de las tiendas CeX, solo siendo necesario tener el dato de orden/pedido de compra.

Poor experience

He revisado el dato del pedido dejado en referencia y noté que el pago se ha realizado con un vale de tienda, por lo que el reintegro se ha realizado en la misma forma de pago.

Recuerda que las compras online son reintegradas en la misma forma de pago en caso de ser devueltas a CeX, por lo que si tu pago es realizado por medio de un vale de tienda, el reintegro no puede ser realizado en otra forma. De igual forma sería si tu pago fuera con tarjeta bancaria, siendo que solo puede ser reintegrado por medio de esa tarjeta.

Es malo lee que el producto recibido tiene un fallo en su funcionamiento, es por ello que revise el dato del pedido de comra dejado como referencia y noté que se ha reportado previamente.

En este caso se ha enviado un mensaje de seguimiento dentro de tu reporte para poder contar con más detalles de lo sucedido y continuar con la siguiente parte del proceso para una reparación o reemplazo.

Si no puedes ver el mensaje dentro de tu bandeja de entrada, te recomiendo revisar la sección "spam" por si fue almacenado de manera incorrecta.
