They sent me a laptop locked with a password, and when I emailed for help it took them a full week to reply with a list of passwords — none of which worked. I emailed again asking to return the laptop since I couldn’t even use it, and they’ve ignored me completely. Terrible service and zero responsibility. I wouldn’t recommend buying from them.

Cuando el repartidor de GLS, recoge el paquete, se genera un número de seguimiento el cual es enviado al correo electrónico del cliente, algunas veces los mensajes se pueden ir directamente a bandeja de correo no deseado y/o spam, lo cual sugerimos revisar en dichas bandejas.

CEX Used CPU
Im very happy with the deal i got. However the packaging was concerning. The CPU was only wrapped in bubble wrap. It should be in a plastic clam shell to protect the pins. A few pins seems slightly bent but not enough where it was an issue thankfully.

I ordered an xbox one with controller
I ordered an xbox one with controller. The controller has stick drift and is therefore useless. Sent a message to customer service and only had an automated response. Had to buy a new controller to use the console. Decided to purchase from CeX as I assumed they were reputable but now I will not order anything again from CeX.

No es bueno leer que se ha presentado un problema con tu compra, es por ello que revise el dato de tu compra y noté el reporte creado por medio del formulario web.
En este caso ya se ha dado respuesta por medio de ese reporte, por lo que te recomiendo revisar la sección "spam" si no puedes ver la respuesta del agente ya que es necesario contar con más información de tu parte.
El agente estará al pendiente de ese reporte para poder hacer la siguiente parte del proceso hasta tener una solución para lo acontecido con tu compra.
