I recently completed the eSafetyFirst course with Steve, and it was truly fantastic. Steve's teaching style is incredibly engaging – he uses real-life examples and interactive exercises that made learning complex information not only easy to understand but also memorable. Thanks to him, I now have the skills and knowledge to confidently help in a variety of emergency situations. I feel much more prepared and empowered. I highly recommend this course to anyone looking to learn life-saving techniques, regardless of their background
Valuable information, well produced.
Information was informative, well presented, and easy to absorb. Narration avoids the grammar mistakes of the subtitles, which are less this time than usual.
Website is unreliable
After completing a module or quiz, the site would often redirect to an "oops, not found" page. It was annoying because it meant that I'd have to go back and find the course and find where I left off.
Ground Disturbance for Workers
The course material was easy to get through, dint take too long and the quiz material was relatable.
Course not recognized in BC
Pretty disappointed to hear from my site contact that the online course for fall arrest are not recognized by most BC construction companies. Wasted $50 and have to spend another $200 on the actual course.

it was better to have training…feedback on how to improve the training
it was better to have training incorporated with some attractive videos which explain and teach the scaffolding components, erecting and dismantling.
also in the slides it was expected to have more marked images which show the component that you were describing on that slides.

Super basic
Super basic. Inconsistencies (one module states only bats carry rabies, a later model correctly mentions raccoons, skunks and bats, maybe foxes?? No coyotes. Storage, bear awareness very simplistic and dated. Would have been better addressing actual utilization of bangers, crackers, spray. Not a great course for anyone with a biological background.
I thought your course was useful but…
I thought your course was useful but have you thought of enhancing it. There was no mention of actually showing how to put the harness on,how to adjust it and how snug does it have to be .
Also there was a bit of a grey area when it came to the rescue of a person that has fallen. There are many different scenarios that could happen but it was hardly touched on.
Good News
Hi, I was actually surprised!
It was narrated. As small a feature as some may think, I was able to take notes due to the fact that the speaker wasn't narrating too fast. I was also able to pause. My only draw back was the amount of information required to handle at once. There are many new people in the building that speak English as a second language, and they have not been immersed using English long.
I speak fluent English but it was a nice little extra.
