After completing a module or quiz, the site would often redirect to an "oops, not found" page. It was annoying because it meant that I'd have to go back and find the course and find where I left off.

The course was very informative and…

The course was very informative and well laid out but several of the slides had the narrator talking about I ground disturbance which had nothing to do with the scaffold course and yes not what was written on the screen. I assume they were exerts from a different course and accidentally mixed into this one but it was weird and happened 4-5 times. Someone should go through this course and edit it.

The information available was amazing and helped get the mind thinking about the safety measures for the field workers - was slightly disappointed with the grammatical and spelling errors.

Hello Victor,

Can you please inform me which program you faced these issues with?

In terms of safety it's way to quick

In terms of safety it's way to quick. Their should be a separate classification or certification class for different types of transportation. A trucker does not need to know whats going on a boat and a engineer does not need to know whats on a truck. It's way too much information. It makes it so that the job your doing gets confusing and some what unsafe.

Hello Tony,

We appreciate your feedback, but the topics that need to be covered are established in the Transport Canada Act.

We do not decide what standard of training to follow, so while I agree with your feedback, I believe it should be addressed to them.

Very Efficient

I'm renewing and this was an easy and effective way to re-up.

FYI: when I did it, Module II : travelling on ramps with a load - there were two narrators, and their voices were out of sync, making both voices harder to understand. Fortunately, the text was also on screen so I could just mute and read. :-)

While getting a chainsaw course for…

While getting a chainsaw course for employees, I had to use our company credit card, put in the name on the credit card but did not notice that you had to add other users to assign it to them. I did not go through the FAQ or the instructional videos, as I'm on pretty tight timelines on my shift. In your FAQ section it says if a mistake was make in the spelling then it can be fixed, but for some reason not if the name is just wrong... seems very unnecessary when the change is obviously possible.. pretty disappointed and can't see a reason to justify that, I now have a pointless course for someone who doesn't need it and need to buy another course for the other employee.. not super great. Certainly don't want this issue happening for other departments/employees. From my end, there are very simple things that could be done to ensure that issue doesn't happen- a simple pop up saying "is this course for you, or another person?" etc Or if the process allows this issue then fix it properly when it does. Change the process or fix it when the process allows it to go wrong please.
All I am asking is to change the name on a current certificate, not create one out of thin air... sorry if i came across upset, I missed the proper way and i acknowledge that, I just don't see why we can't change the name on a certificate. If you can correct a spelling error, you can correct the name being wrong entirely no? Not everyone has time for tutorials, but someone should have time to help fix errors, even if they're made by your customers.

Hello KC,

There are two buttons next to the program name that are quite intuitive:

1. Start a Course for Myself.
2. Train Someone Else.

You also have instructions on how it works presented in seven different ways before you actually start the program, including a step-by-step tutorial.

I’m sorry that we can't generate a certificate for someone out of thin air, but this isn't the system's fault.

If you are unhappy with our system, you are free to choose a different company as well.
